Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário da recepção. Quarto muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. A estação de metro mais próxima é a Pasteur que fica a aproximadamente 15 minutos de caminhada, não é tão próxima mas atende a necessidade de locomoção por Paris. Camera confortevole e colazione ottima l, ricca e abbondante come di consueto in un Mercure, ma avevo prenotato una tripla con divano letto e invece mi viene data una camera con semplice poltrona letto perdipiu chiusa con letto da fare e senza asciugamani e accappatoio per il terzo occupante. Inoltre la doccia senza vetro divisorio rende il bagno inutilizzabile dopo averla utilizzata.

Chambre vraiment petite. L’armoire est quasiment inutilisable : elle contient la table à repasser, donc seulement un mini espace pour ranger ses affaires. Le côté penderie contient le frigo, ce qui fait que les vêtements pendent au-dessus et reposent sur celui-ci, parfait pour les froisser... La table est minuscule, il n'est pas possible de travailler sur un PC convenablement. J’étais seul dans la chambre et je ne vois pas comment deux personnes auraient pu y séjourner sans avoir leurs affaires partout. Le lit est de bonne qualité, mais ce sont deux matelas une place simplement collés. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel professionnel, rien à redire sur cela. L’hôtel est en travaux, les escaliers sont fermés, il faut donc patienter le matin pour monter ou descendre avec l’ascenseur. Certainement pas un 4 étoiles du fait des chambres. Attention l'hôtel est relativement loin de tout métro

Breakfast was extensive and fresh. Staff very friendly with any and all requests. luggage storage available for early check in and late departure.

La chambre était très bien sauf la salle de bain ou le robinet et le support de douche bougeaient. Les couloirs très vieillots. Le personnel très accueillant. Hôtel sans aucun cachet extérieur. Pas un 4 étoiles

De staff is echt buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam van de receptie tot housekeeping.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were perfect clean well kept and the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful

I really wanted to love this hotel, it has a lot of potential but the customer service is subpar. The first night I stayed, my room was not made even though I left the sign on the door to please clean it up. Also, my room didn't have conditioner and based on the lack of service I asked if maybe we could get complimentary breakfast for a day to make up for the inconveniences, but they said all they could offer was a "free drink". I told the guy I don't drink alcohol and he said "you could have a juice". Wow! Really? You're giving me a free juice to make up for a dirty room? That goes to show how much customers matter, considering breakfast costs 20 euros, so I guess I'm not even worth that much! My friend checked in on the same day and her room had a musty smell so she had to ask for a change. We had also asked for adjoining rooms and they weren't able to provide that either. All in all, I'm very disappointed on the service offered by this hotel.

Ótimo quarto, confortável e grande! Localização boa!

Fint og rummeligt værelse til 4 personer. Vi sov alle fint i både den almindelige seng og i sovesofaen. Lyde udefra var meget tydelige trods lukkede døre og vinduer. Heldigvis var det en rolig gade. Den daglige rengøring går lidt stærkt. Vi fik ikke skiftet brugte glas og lagenerne måtte vi selv lægge på igen efter at have sovet.

Not a 4-Star hotel. Nice, but nothing more than that.

Staff was very friendly.

Staff all very lovely, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much hassle. Had a family feel. Nice touch to give my son a puzzle to do at breakfast

Room is clean with basic needs and beds are ckean. They provide drinking water in the lobby which is nice knowing how hard it is to get public drinking water. The elevator is very small.

Very average hotel. Failed on some basics like the air con not working, pods for a coffee machine but no machine, empty minibar, luke warm breakfast (with terrible scrambled eggs !). However bed was great, shower was good and very quiet night so a great sleep, so not all bad !
