The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. An absolute delight to deal with.
The immediate environs are nothing special but you’re less than five minutes from the RER, and on the far side of the station there are some very good bakeries, markets and restaurants in the older area of Nanterre. If you need somewhere to stay outside the arrondissements, it’s ideal.

Room had clearly not been cleaned from previous guests.
Bed had not been changed and bathroom was still messy with towels on floor.
