Helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Good location for cathedral and dining. Exterior of hotel could use some maintenance.

Excellent service, amenities need refreshing. Exclusion of dogs in the breakfast room, even though understandable, remains unusual and impractical.

Service was top-notch, especially from "Houston", who was especially welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was central. No restaurant, but lots nearby. Rodez itself was a pleasant surprise - a pretty and clean little city.

Parking is limited but staff very helpful. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Provided what was needed for overnight stop.

We arrived for checkin to find the room unavailable till 4pm although advertised at 2pm. We had had a long journey and it was 38c outside so having to go away for 2 hrs was awful. There was no toilet paper in the room. The advertised free parking was unavaiable and if it had been actually cost 10 Euros a day. The next day the room again wasn’t cleaned till 4 pm which meant we couldn’t use it to cool of in the afternoon.

This hotel is located right on the square in front of the Rodez cathedral. An easy meander from the hotel took us through the streets of the old city, where there were many restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is old, but we found a blend of the old features and modern updated touches throughout. For example, our room was completely updated with a modern, comfortable bathroom but the breakfast room was decorated in the traditional style. There was a nice buffet breakfast, with many options to choose from.

Very comfortable, clean and bang next to the amazing Cathedral. Car parking was available outside the hotel, without having to pay, though there are only 4 spaces.

Very central beside the old cathedral and the shopping district. This hotel is suitable for anyone staying for a few days or overnight when flying in or out of Rodez. The hotel has an old world charm while still being very modern. Room wasn't very large but it was fully equipped. Very high standard of cleanliness. Helpful staff. On the street but noise was not a problem.

Hotel and staff very nice. Friendly and helpful There is no restaurant only room service from a limited menu for evening meals . OK for one night - otherwise lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast in the dining room is very good. Parking --- only 4 spaces in the private garage so best advised to pre-book it. Narrow underground garage - not for the faint hearted.
