Great little hotel. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect for a business trip. Breakfast expensive, but room has a kithen so i bought a load of food from Lidl and pretended i had room service each morning. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Try the Vietnamese one a short walk away, Lee & Chi. Will be returning.

That place smells like you are in the WC. Breakfast is is not recommend, if you have a car and time then it's better to go to another place.

It’s not really a hotel per se, maybe that was just my misunderstanding. There is not full time staff and you need a key code to the property which could be a sign of danger in a somewhat isolated area. The pool was nice.

I like the place and the service

Me and my two sons arrived around 1400 to the hotel after long travel and short night day before. Nobody in the hotel, no one answered the phone call even (automatic message). Checking on Sundays at 1700. Checking out at 1000 morning. They need 7 hrs to prepare the room. Few years ago it was much better and better contact. From year or two it is getting worst and worst. I had to take another hotel, more normal and with good staff. It is a nice hotel, with swimming pool and sauna, nice big and comfortable rooms. The no contact with the hotel destroyed everything.

Everyone is so nice in this hotel. People are very nice, the food is very good and the activities are great. Except the reception who treated us very badly at check in.

Great place, neat and clean

Staff were nice. I believe they were doing their best but the place is very run down. The swimming pool is tiny, it's impossible to enjoy it. Beds are uncomfortable, very old. Bathroom is in a desperate need of an update. Enclosed parking was good.

The room needs serious updating especially the carpet and bathroom. It didn't feel clean enough.

Perfectly good overnight stay close to Toulouse airport. Decent size room, clean, ample parking. Pool felt nice and warm although we didn’t actually have time to use it. Front desk friendly

Not too easy to find on sat nav....but once we were there instructions for entry given to us were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was a good size, plenty of wardrobe space, clean and well equipped.

Low-cost business hotel. Continental breakfast buffet. Close to Airbus Research.

The facilities were all above the standard expected.

OMG the worst hotel ever!!! The lady at the reception was so rude, the room was filthy, in fact the whole building needs to be refurbished!!! The swimming pool area was soo dirty, had lots of mould in my bed room , breakfast was rubbish paid 10€ to have a banana and a cup of tea . Never ever going back there !! Don’t even waste your money on this Appart’City. book another hotel

Clean hotel and very accomodatimg staff, good value for money

Disgusting... Don't stay there, even for a couple of hours ! You get what you pay for.

This property is a medium to long term appartment style accomodation. The rooms were both with a European double and a sofa with a pull out trundle. Bed sheets nearby and we made the the sofa/trundle beds at bedtime and they were suitable for Kids /teens. We never saw one employee the whole time. 9pm check in 5:20am checkout Luckily another guest knew how to get our room key and told us the door code. (Yes the rooms were ready and keys waiting in a front desk secure box for our arrival based only on our Expedia reservation) Pros Low price Property itself was clean Property felt secure Cons No one staffing front desk for check-in Hard to spot parking lot entrance, and gate case required (another guest let us in from the inside) Smells of other guests cooking wafted through the floor. Hall lights off unless activated by motion detector. Kids (11_14) thought the place was mildly creepy. (quirky, quiet, dark. )

Nice apartments and the pool is big enough for a swim not just a paddle. I came back the next night as work was in the same area the next day, would stay again when back in the area.

Do not stay here! Property is filthy, poorly-equipped, under-staffed, and the website offers incorrect, misleading information.
