Hôtel typiquement parisien avec ses petits espaces charmants. Personnel très à l’écoute et très aimable. A 50m du métro.

Localização excelente, a poucos metros da estação Nation. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Região bem servida de restaurantes, padarias, mercados.

Bon rapport/qualité

Très bon accueil, gentillesse. Chambre propre, agréable, calme. Un seul bemol : pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café

Personnel très souriant et courtois. Ménage bien fait. Porte de chambre difficile à ouvrir et à fermer, moquette vieillotte, téléviseur trop petit. Voisins de chambre irrespectueux et bruyants à leurs arrivées en pleine nuit.

Les chambres sont un peu « vieilles », peu équipée, sombres côté cour, lit très dur. Peu d’insonorisation, les parquets craquent dans les couloirs, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe. Cependant un accueil très sympathique et l’hospitalité de l’équipe irréprochable. Bon rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble.

Personnel agréable et souriant. Chambre triple moderne et propre sur cour donc au calme, sèche-cheveux à la demande à l'accueil. Petit déjeuner correct. Seul bémol, les escaliers sont étroits attention su vous voyagez avec une grosse valise, pas d'ascenseur.

L’accueil par le réceptionniste était excellent. Clair, bienveillant etc. En revanche la chambre ne correspondait en rien aux photos de présentation. C’était si bruyant qu’on a rien dormi (l’impression de partager la chambre avec d’autres gens..). Les poubelles étaient encore remplies des déchets des précédents voyageurs, les murs de la salle de bain s’effritent ,

Saturday night nearby Metro stop appeared to be teen hangout spot. Seemed fine other nights.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location. Ideal for getting in to the city and Disney Land Paris. Hotel rooms have a quaint charm. We received a welcoming glass of wine upon checking in. The 24 hour reception is both reassuring and handy at the same time. The neighbourhood because of its location means it is much cheaper to eat in the local bars/restaurants/bistros than in the city itself and has a lively feel in the evenings.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en een prima kamer die elke dag werd schoongemaakt, bedden netjes opgemaakt en nieuwe handoeken neergelegd. 24 uurs receptie geeft een fijn en een veilig gevoel in het hotel zelf. Op de hoek zit een Irish pub waar je prima kan eten of een drankje kunt doen. Supermarkt zit daar weer naast. En een goede bakkerij zit ook in de buurt. Prima uitvalsbasis om of parijs te ontdekken of naar disneyland parijs te gaan.

It’s a beautiful old building in a really convenient place in the city. Price was very reasonable for the location. If you’re looking for a North American high end chain hotel, this is not it. If you want convenience and a clean space, you get that. You can like like a local here and skip some of the hustle and bustle of getting to and from your big brand hotel unless you have the $$$ for that. For me, this was a great little spot and I’ll definitely consider it in the future

Très bien. Personnel agréable. Un peu cher pour le standing de la chambre mais on s’y est pris un peu tard pour réserver! Le petit jardin a l’arrière doit être très agréable en période estivale ou au printemps.

Je suis arrivé, la chambre me convenait pas (lit double au lieu d'un grand lit), je m'en suis ému, ils ont tout de suite réagi et j'ai obtenu satisfaction très rapidement. Hôtel vieillot, propre mais surtout un établissement qui a une âme avec un personnel agréable et disponible.

Hotel in good location for the metro and the east of the city. Old building without a lift but all was ok for one night.

Ok location and near to metro, however the room smelt and the noise from other people using their bathrooms could be heard all day. Room is tiny but it was ok for 1 person, there was a group of us and all the rooms had a weird smell. Breakfast options were basic and machine coffee was poor. Staff are friendly and accommodating
