Outstanding hotel for families with little ones.

The hotel was top very pleased with everything including the breakfast

Friendly and smiling staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to Beaune

Heat in the room was an issue, and I got sick because of it, room did not go above 20 degrees Celsius

Easy stopover location, great hotel, friendly staff.

Close to Toll road. Beautiful town centre for dinner

Great hotel very clean and tidy

Great "stop off" for me and family on way back to UK from skiing trip. Very close to motorway so very easy to find. Had family room (for 4). Room was decent size, beds comfy. Breakfast was very good and included in room price so made it a good value stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was nicely appointed but a little bit of a drive from the little town of Beaune. Breakfast hours were very limited.

The hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly. Great breakfast. But, don’t stay here if you don’t have transportation. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from town/train station. Beaune has very few taxis and often none are available.

Lovely stay. Nice clean hotel and only a 5 minute drive from town.

About 2km from the city center. I like walking so for me this was a plus. The hotel is generally nice. I am very sensitive to machine/engine sound and even though it is very faint I wasn't able to sleep well due to the background sound of the central cooling system (there is a centralized system outside the building). Otherwise a good hotel.

Nice and clean property. Free parking. Only 8 minutes away from downtown Beaune. We easily found free parking on most days and on one occasion used the pay parking.

Enjoyed our stay at Novotel. Friendly staff, great clean and comfortable facilities. The only negatives were that that the shower gel dispenser in the shower did not work, and the Wine Please restaurant is over priced for what you receive for dinner and breakfast. The gym, pool, games and quiet room were a nice touch.

Great location, friendly staff, updated rooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds and plenty of towels and pillows. Perfect overnight stay.

This hotel is located 1 mile from the Beaune city center, and it was an easy walk. The accommodation was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. No frills, but very solid overall, and the restaurant was very good.

Good location, nice decor, good choice for one night stay. Staffs are ok, didn’t give much information upon checking. For one night stay, they’ve taken 300 euro as a security deposit, which seems very high to me, comparing with other similar price hotels and most of them don’t ask for security deposit.
