We were planning to have dinner at the on-site restaurant on the Friday night and quite disappointed to find out that the restaurant (Greem) was not open on Fridays. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. Rooms were good and the breaklast also was good. Proximity to the metro station and buses was fairly close, about a 10 minute walk which was acceptable. Neighbourhood is a little sketchy but seemed safe enough. I would recommend this hotel based upon the price I paid and the breakfast.

Nice quiet area on the fringe of Paris. 10 min walk to the metro with a number of restaurants near by

Th e hotel itself was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We were billed twice in one day for the taxes and again at checkout. The front desk confirmed they ordered a taxi for us but taxi company had no record. Be advised of extra charges and no one to follow up.

The hotel was great and has a nice restaurant and bar. It’s very far from most attractions but close enough to the metro.

The room was very small for our family (4 persons). This had to be properly planned by the management. It is about simple respect towards the Gasts.

Staff very helpful good manners and respectful, only thing i did not get on with was the tv stations ,was not working to watch any kind of programme but over all the hotel was fine thank you, just fix the tv

Our experience at check in was terrible. Despite booking & paying for 2 rooms for 2 nights with breakfast in advance, this was challenged by a very rude receptionist. We were given only 1 room for the 2nd night & we were told our breakfast booking was not accepted as we had not booked with the hotel directly. This was corrected by the manager the following morning but we still found ourselves locked out of the 2nd room in day 2! Awful customer service.

Hotel was nice, spacious double room. Good breakfast. Nothing about the hotel to complain about.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only 15 minutes walk to Metro.

Small rooms for triple sharing

The hotel is fine however the cost is too high compared to what you get in terms of room and overall comfort. There are other hotels cheaper and better. Also I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the bill and had to be paid separately. This was not clear when I booked.
