Everything was excellent and I would definitely choose a Novotel in the future.

While I thought I was booking a hotel in a quiet area I was extremely disappointed!! It’s NOT in a quiet area. It’s adjacent to a shopping mall…. A very busy mall. We arrived on a Saturday. The hotel advertised parking. It’s not just for the hotel. It’s for the public. We had to park 1/2 mile away. Just even I though it couldn’t get any worse it did! There is a nightclub at street level below the hotel. The noise was extremely loud and we were on the 8th floor. Several dozen people were outside yelling and laughing until FIVE AM!!! We did not sleep much! The only positive from this experience was the room was very nice.

Great location. The rest of the experience with the property was okay, no value-add.

Reception, staff, ground floor, restaurant, breakfast and breakfast area were all excellent. The upper floors and rooms were fine. Convenient location, it was exactly what we were looking for, for an overnight stay.

Stayed to visit the Christmas Market as part of a longer holiday. Hotel location is great, reception area is excellent and breakfast was very good. Bedrooms are very tired and in need of redecorating. Bed not very comfortable.

Convenient location and kid friendly!

I would not recommend at all this property We arrived at the lobby inside the hotel to do the check in, we tried to modify the reservation to leave one day early and they did not help with that they said u have to change the reservation through expedia otherwise they cant change anything ( my booking was pay at the hotel) Having this discussion my husband turn to get the documents from the backpack and noticed the bag pack was missing. I told them to call the police, because we were robbed right there at the reception of the hotel doing the check in. The police arrived, we activated the apple tag and the find my iPad and we could track in real time the bag, 5 hours after the bag appeared with the documents, but no money ( we had a lot of cash in euros to pay for hotel trains etc), no iPad, no valuables. Hlwe had to go to the police station fill the report press charges etc. In all this time while we were dealing with this, the hotel never even offer a bottle of water, not even a snack to my daughter, not a discount, they just were saying is not the hotel responsibility. We were 4 people traveling my husband my daughter and my . mother. I spoke to a friend who is a lawyer and told me the hotel has responsibility from the moment you enter the common areas of the hotel, and they should have an insurance to respond for this events. They will listen from my lawyers. Don’t go to Strasbourg is not as the advertise it. And this hotel the worst of my life

Very small room but close to center for sight seeing. Parking was confusing since part of the big shopping center.

Rooms were a bit dated with pebble dash walls but otherwise a brilliant room and the communal areas decorated lovely for Christmas

Very nice hotel but I was very disappointed as no wifi for most of my stay and I needed to work. The staff were not interested to help! I would not stay at this hotel if you need wifi.

Hotel in good spot. Direct access to a mall. Parking spots too small for bigger cars.

The hotel was very outdated (with the exception of the reception area) for a 4 star hotel. No water, no toiletries, stain on carpets, and average breakfast. The one good thing about this hotel is the location, you can walk to most touristic areas.

Hôtel au centre de la ville tout se fait à pied pratique pour des escapades en train. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Excellent accueil par Yolande qui prend le temps avec chaque client! Excellent déjeuner. Excellente situation tout se visite à distance de marche!

Staff and facilities were excellent. Value for the money.

Everything ok , excepte no air conditioning and to heavy bed cover.
