L'appartement était parfait. Le personnel très sympathique et toujours souriant, avec des bons conseils. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine. Et la gare a proximité était un plus ! C'était parfait !

Appartement propre et très confortable. Seul bémol la proximité avec les rails. De plus, rseau wifi très faible.

Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses. Good value for money - Chamonix-style.

Superbra hotell i Chamonix. Lite utanför men bra transportmöjligheter med buss och tåg till alla kabinbanor. Härlig frukost. Mkt rent. Härlig utomhuspool som tillät snöbad.

Eravamo in famiglia quattro persone ed eravamo venuti lì a sciare una settimana è stato molto confortevole tranne forse per lo spazio un po’ ridotto e però per i mezzi era molto buono perché consentiva gratuitamente i biglietti del treno. Però si consiglia di non arrivare prima delle cinque perché non viene data la camera.

가격 대비 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 커피 캡슐은 한번만 채워 주는 점이나 쓰레기 및 청소를 해야하는 번거로운 부분이 있지만, 가볍게 음식을 해서 먹을 수도 있고, 무료 주차나 무료 와이파이를 제공하고, 샤모니에서 사용할 수 있는 교통권을 제공하는 점은 훌륭합니다. 전반적으로 친절하고, 시설도 깨끗하고 샤모니 시내에서 기차로 2 정거장 차이로 가까운 편입니다. 다음에 다시 샤모니를 방문한다면 고민없이 선택할 숙소입니다. 강력 추천합니다.

Nice apartment! sufficiently clean. Highly recommended

Du début à la fin, notre séjour c’est très bien passé. L’accueil au top, l’appartement très propre et très confortable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. La résidence est proche de la gare où nous avons pu prendre le train/navette pour nous rendre à Chamonix ainsi qu’à nos différents points de départs de randonnée… Nous recommandons !!!

Wir waren eine Woche hier und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch. Pool und Sauna sind super. Der Steinboden war ein bisschen kalt. Hier würde ich dem Hotel empfehlen „Hausschuhen“ zu verteilen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Bett war für uns leider zu hart.

Positives: Staff are fantastic, place is very clean, transport links are great. Negatives: very noisy, rooms facing the road is almost impossible to sleep due to people arriving all night and the noise from the road through the windows and balcony door.

Online-Check-in war sehr effizient, Code fürs Parking sowie Zimmernummer wurden am Anreisetag per SMS mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof und einer Bushaltestelle ist perfekt für Aktivitäten in der Region. Der Pool ist etwas klein, mehr zum Planschen als zum Schwimmen.

Buona struttura anche se da migliorare nelle finiture degli appartamenti. buona accoglienza e eccellente personale alla reception.

The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. Breakfast was ok but very over priced. The pool was nice, but freezing, and the whole pool area could do with a good clean.

I found hair pieces on the corners of the room. Also i was charged extra for cleaning service that I expected to be part of the booking charge.
