工作人員親切有禮。飯店有電梯，浴室蓮蓬頭是分離式的，早餐簡單豐盛。附近有超市、交通方便。房間有冰箱，但我剛好住到冰箱溫度不足的房間。飯店房內沒有熱水壺，對喜歡早晚喝杯熱飲的人來說，會有點遺憾。不過這只是小缺陷，總體來說，住起來很舒適。

Staff were best part of hotel, very helpful other than 1, clean but dated good area plenty of shops and bars nearby , lots of places to eat and 3 metro points if needed. Breakfast dissapointing, teab bags ran out after first day asked for more to be told bluntly " finished" had to buy our own from supermarket. Granola was lovely again only available first day out of 3. Fruit consisted of apples every day no alternative. Rooms were clean and the staff came in every day, no tea & coffe facilities and more coat hangers needed please.

Friendly staff, 20 mins walk from Gare de Nord station. Close to a metro station. The rooms are small but we were out from 8am- 8pm seeing the sights so it didn’t worry us. Could do with some updating but it’s a 3 star hotel so was what we expected. We were on the street side but the noise wasn’t too bad and the black out blinds help to keep out the light and noise. We didn’t have breakfast. Room only.

Hotel was not clean at all. Old and narrow. Ac was not working .deapite these cibditions proces was not low.
Our pillows were smelling bad, we asked them to replace.
Location is very good very central for accessing everywhere.

The hotel was nice, however I think they should consider getting better internet service. And sound proof windows if you get a room that faces the street you will hear everything that happens outside.
Also breakfast is not worth the add on. There is a couple of good shops where you can get breakfast around there for less than what they charge per day per person.

Muy buena zona, segura, buen ambiente, rodeado de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y servicios.
