can't get service at this hotel. I need to ask upper mountain information but no one at front desk so I wait 10 mins then left with nothing. only bar waiters... Nothing at room and even no hair dryer. I called front desk for 15 mins and no one pick up around 9pm... then I go down asking and Wait another 10 mins then someone came to help and gave me hair dryer which had to ask otherwise, no provide at room. No front desk after 10pm to 7:30am.. I need to check out earlier at 7am and only can do is leave my key to someone at bar.. kind of weird...

I’ve stayed here before and had a nice room for less money. It had central air and a great view. Room 407. For this stay, my room (room 100) was on the first floor with no view. Albeit a larger space, it was an oddly shaped room with the bed very close to the window and the locked partition door to the room next door. We could hear the neighbors easily. I was woken up a few times during the night. This room was also warm and muggy. It did not have central air either and was warm and muggy. I called the front desk and the told me to open the window. It was raining outside and made the room more muggy. It was a warm nights sleep. The shower basin was also cracked and felt hollow underneath. Did not feel sturdy.

Lugar incrível. Bem no meio de Chamonix, com uma vista linda para o Mont Blanc. Quarto muito espaçoso, muito limpo, cama muito confortável. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Não era a opção mais barata, mas valeu cada centavo

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating with helping to store luggage for free. I was very thankful for this hotel! Excellent location right in the centre and very comfortable rooms:)

Localización espectacular en el centro de Chamonix

Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities.

Great location 1/2 block from the train station and a block from the center of town. The people at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Fint läge, bra restaurang, mycket trevlig personal. Vi bodde mycket bra på detta hotell.

Super hotel tres bien placé, très bon restaurant et petit dèj,mais gros bémol : très bruyant la nuit à cause des bars à côté. Des hurlements toute la nuit.

The location is perfect , near the lovely building of the Chamonix Mont Blanc station, the picturesque view of the Aiguile du Midi. I find the room too small and too dark ; has no AC. Hence, we had to leave the door to the balcony open at night , fortunately it was quiet. Lovely receptionist Moreover, there is no sink in the toilet which is just not ideal if you think about hygiene. No coffee machine and fridge .

Wifi not available if you don’t have a Euro phone number. I was not able to connect my Apple products.
