Pullman Paris Centre Bercy

Everything is very good. I love to live in this hotel and this hotel is one of my favourite hotel. I must live in it for my next Paris trip.

（Ａ）我們住了４天套房，視野非常好，面對美麗的河景；隔音也同樣好，完全聽不到樓上或同樓層的腳步聲。房間有３面大玻璃窗，很厚，戶外的車聲是微弱的，儘管面對一條塞納河邊的主要道路。 （Ｂ）４５平方公尺的房間很寬，可以多加一張單人床。 （Ｃ）浴室也很寬，唯一缺點是沒有浴缸。 （Ｄ）早餐很豐富，可惜四天都沒有變化。（它是免費的，所以我們並不抱怨） （Ｅ）最後一天延後退房２小時，沒有事先告知要額外付費。 整體而言，這是美好的一次住宿。

Our stay was overall okay. The hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, overall condition of the room, and daily housekeeping did not meet our expectations. The room felt quite worn, with peeling paint in the bathroom, permanent stains on the bedside table and carpet, and other signs of wear. We also found nuts on the floor when we arrived. Every day, something was missing after housekeeping—for example, toilet paper, coffee capsules, or clean towels. On one occasion, the used towels were simply hung over the bathroom door instead of being replaced. As a result, we had to contact housekeeping or reception almost every day, and even then it often took at least 30 minutes for the missing items to arrive. The window in our room was also defective. Overall, this was not the standard we expected from a Pullman hotel.

Meget dyre priser i restauranten før børn. Ville have 20 euro for en portion pasta uden noget. Og 8 euro for en sodavand.

Disappointed by the hotel. We are well traveled and not picky and to write bad reviews takes a lot but here goes….We were a family of 4 and the deluxe family room was a joke. Couldn’t even open a suitcase, way too small. Tiny bathroom with one sink; was told this was already the upgraded version. We had to ask housekeeping for more towels every day, as they would only leave 2 big and small towels every day. Makes no sense if room is occupied by 4 persons. Hotel DOUBLE CHARGED us. I paid in full when booking three months prior. The day of departure my card was charged again for the full amount! Got an apology, it was a mistake and will take a week for refund to show up! Totally unacceptable and took the icing on the cake on our experience. I don’t think anyone wants to wait on a $1700 refund for one week when traveling. Breakfast very average, long lines at coffee machine. Limited options. Try to come early before 9am. Service non existent. Compared to other hotels in Europe on our trip prior with breakfast buffet this was unfortunately the worst. Internet didn’t work well either and I just ended up using phone data. Only positive was Bercy village, lots of food and shopping options right in front of your door step. Also metro station very convenient and never busy, and easy to get into Centre within 20-25 min with one change. Kids loved the metro experience. Sadly won’t be back and don’t recommend. For the price we paid we can find better options with better service.

Ben collegato con l'aeroporto di Orly e con il centro (facile raggiungere Disneyland e Versailles). Bello, vivibile e adatto alle famiglie il quartiere Bercy. Ottimi i locali del Bercy Village per colazioni-pranzi-cene. Hotel perfettamente climatizzato, è stato fondamentale in quanto il soggiorno è avvenuto durante i picchi di caldo estivo. Non abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation ! J'appréhendais l'emplacement mais il est à 5 minutes de l'arrêt de metro (ligne 14), en plus vous avez bercy village dès la sortie du metro avec restaurants, magasins etc. Cela donne une ambiance de petit quartier sympathique . Concernant l'hôtel: l'équipe est au top! De la réception, au room service ainsi qu'au personnel d'entretien. Ils sont serviables, à l'écoute, souriants. L'hôtel est très beau et accueillant. Ma chambre était très grande, lumineuse et confortable. La literie est un must et tout l'équipement de la chambre et salle de bain était moderne et fonctionnelle. Aussi le petit déjeuner est très copieux . Encore merci et bravo à tout le staff ! Bref j'ai passé un très bon sejour dans cet hôtel je reviendrai avec plaisir pour de futurs séjours à Paris !

Our family enjoyed the stay. The hotel was lovely, there is a nice bakery and plaza across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our family enjoyed the stay. There was a great foosball and pingpong table for family enjoyment.

Nice hotel close to Gare the Lyon, quiet area, comfortable rooms

Morgenmaden var særlig - 2 personer der står til rådighed med at lave diverse æg. Kaffeservering ved bordene. Minibar der er tilgængelig på huset. Flot flot service - god beliggenhed og personalet var meget opmærksomme på gæsterne.

Very good breakfast. Ping-Pong and pool for the kids.

Un accueil exemplaire, si bien que cet hôtel rehausse le niveau des hôtels Pullman de France! 🇫🇷 Le petit déjeuner est d’ailleurs tout aussi remarquable, avec une belle salle spacieuse et un service là aussi exemplaire ! Je recommande cet hôtel
