Pullman Paris Centre Bercy

Everything is very good. I love to live in this hotel and this hotel is one of my favourite hotel. I must live in it for my next Paris trip.

（Ａ）我們住了４天套房，視野非常好，面對美麗的河景；隔音也同樣好，完全聽不到樓上或同樓層的腳步聲。房間有３面大玻璃窗，很厚，戶外的車聲是微弱的，儘管面對一條塞納河邊的主要道路。 （Ｂ）４５平方公尺的房間很寬，可以多加一張單人床。 （Ｃ）浴室也很寬，唯一缺點是沒有浴缸。 （Ｄ）早餐很豐富，可惜四天都沒有變化。（它是免費的，所以我們並不抱怨） （Ｅ）最後一天延後退房２小時，沒有事先告知要額外付費。 整體而言，這是美好的一次住宿。

Superbe expérience de 2 nuits. Literie de qualité, chambre et salle de bain propre, service de qualité et petit déjeuner qualitatif et très complet.

Já fiquei nesse hotel duas vezes e não tenho o que reclamar! Café da manhã muito muito bom (arrisco a dizer que é o melhor café da manhã de hotel que já vi), quarto amplo com cama confortável, banheiro amplo e com água boa; sobre a localização, o hotel fica a poucos metros de uma estação de metro, de um mercado e de uma especie de shopping a ceu aberto com várias lojas (fnac, sephora, popmart, levis e etc) e de restaurantes! Sem falar que fica a uma estação da Gare de Lyon, muito bom para quem vai de trem para outros paises da europa!

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff was so friendly and helpful during the entire stay. I appreciated greatly after our 14 hour flight - we had tried to opt for an early check in online and I guess it just didn’t get through on Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk made sure our room would be given priority to being cleaned and we were able to check in earlier than the designated check in time, which was much appreciated because we were exhausted! I loved how we got daily water refills. The room was clean. Only downsides were waiting for the elevators / elevators or them being out of service. All in all would stay here again, location was a bit far due to Ubers but maybe next time will take the transit.

Hotel restaurant had limited options, and certain foods were not available from the menu when we dined there.

No variety for breakfast option

Le pullman reste une référence mais perd peu à peu de sa superbe (façade décrépie, traces d’usure, moquette abimée, douche bouchée et non réparée malgré signalement) Le petit déjeuner reste exceptionnel et le service excellent.
