Overpriced. Much lower than expectations: the hotel, the room and the cleanliness.

I'm happy to be upgraded, room is good, reception staffs are nice but housekeeping needs lots of improvement, no response from them and rude attitudes.

The staff is super helpful and nice. They helped us to set up an extra bed without requesting as we are taking a toddler with us.

The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！

Great location, incredible view of the tower.

I paid a premium to stay here and expected a flawless experience, but it fell far short. A pipe burst in the garage, flooding it with sewage that remained unresolved for two days. For the price, that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, parking cost an additional €150, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Very disappointed.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The food in the restaurant was great and the service was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were always so happy to help. The view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing, it’s beautiful at all times of the day.

Overall very good but I stop short of great. Please note, our room had a view of the Tower, but just from the balcony, looking to the right. No view when you were in the room. Room was nice size and bathroom had big walk in shower, Elevators were having issues during our stay. At times we had to walk down because the wait was too long.

SThe hotel’s location is unmatched - literally step from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel rooms - make sure to book one with a balcony and a view - have exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the roam are small, but location, location, location.

This was our third stay at this property. It is currently under some renovations which were loud and resulted in our view of the Eiffel Tour being somewhat messy with scaffolding etc. Also, for the cost I felt like being on only the second floor was a waste of money. The property itself is fine and I would say even generic in nature, we stay here usually because the proximity to the Eiffel Tower-which cannot be beat. We did not bother eating on site this go round, as we found it costly last stay. Again, nothing really wrong with the food, just "hotel food" in general. Staff at the hotel are very kind and speak multiple languages, which is a bonus.

It has a great view

Amazing location ! Beautiful interior. The exterior was being renovated, so it was understandably a little in a disarray. My family ( all women ) felt extremely safe in and around this hotel. Very modern, clean updated rooms with incredible views ! Incredible roof top bar as well. Great restaurants near by. 10/10
