If the windows closed, the smell from sewage system is horrible, at list that's what I felt in my room 206. The good things about this hotel, is location. That's all

parking is 7 minutes walk and 12 minutes drive! street is at some hours closed, if so carrying luggage would be difficult.
the building needs renovation.

Nice little boutique style hotel in excellent location to explore Avignon, or further afield as the train station is nearby. Located half way up Avignon's main high street and easy short stroll to Pope's Palace.

The hotel is in a great building in a great location but the room was shabby. Pity as it wouldn’t be expensive to bring it to a good standard. The lift was out of order too.

The hotel is fine, but there is extremely little noise insulation. I could hear conversations (and more…) in my neighbors rooms. A shower by my neighbors was loud enough to wake me up. Check in at 10pm was also much harder than it should have been, as there was no one at reception.

Small hotel right on the main square in Avignon. It is an old building and the accommodations were fine. If you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in your hotel this is a good pick.

Very good very nice very friendly staff for those who don’t speak French always a huge smile on the receptionist. I liked the bed a lot and warm shower. Very lovely place beautiful surroundings very French area
