Il fait froid dans la chambre. Heureusement qu'on avait des plaids dans la voiture. On les a ramenés. Mauvaise surprise : odeurs dans le logement ; la réception nous a prêté un deodorisant. Mauvaise insonorisation bruits de la route importants. Propreté de la salle de bain à revoir. 4 etoiles : bof à revoir

Great staff!

The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful. The room was is good condition. The breakfast had a wide variety of food.

We arrived from our flight from London and were greeted very pleasantly by the staff. The room was clean and well prepared, and the instructions for assembling the sofa bed were clear and easy to follow. A small kitchenette was available, which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both adults and children. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We’re very much looking forward to staying here again on 30th December. Some of the light bulbs were not working in the room. But hopefully that was a one off,

Très bon accueil , personnel au petit soin et à l’écoute . Juste un bémol sur le bruit de la circulation mais venant de la campagne c’est normal sinon je recommande et reviendrai certainement

Room was big and clean, staff was friendly and spoken English and the bus stop to Geneva was literally one minute away. Fantastic hotel would recommend to stay if only going to Geneva for the weekend.

Dirty room.. dirty bed sheets and pillow covers .. for 5 nights they did not do any cleaning as well..

Gute Lage zur Messe, Zimmer zur Strasse etwas laut da die Fenster nicht dicht sind und es daher auch reinzog und kalt war. Grösse gut, bequemes Bett

Chambre spacieuse , mais canapé-lit très inconfortable, trou de cigarette dans le linge de lit .. plateau d'accueil avec lait en poudre périmé

Absolut grauenhaft – nie wieder! Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man die ganze Nacht kein Auge zubekam. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und roch unangenehm, die Möbel uralt, teilweise kaputt und genauso dreckig wie alles andere im Zimmer. Im Bad Schimmel an den Wänden, verfärbte Armaturen und insgesamt ein Gefühl, als ob hier seit Jahrzehnten nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Das Frühstück? Ein schlechter Scherz. Kaum Auswahl, alte, steinharte Brötchen und sonst eigentlich nichts, was man Frühstück nennen könnte. Personal unfreundlich, null Verständnis für Beschwerden, und mit Englisch kommt man hier überhaupt nicht weiter – völlige Kommunikationsblockade. Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung und sollte dringend renoviert oder besser gleich geschlossen werden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Excellent breakfast

Good location, free parking, swimming pool and reasonable price. Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities.

A nice hotel. The room was perfect for a family, big enough and with everything you need. Great service.

Ietwat gedateerd hotel op een prima locatie. Perfect voor een overnachting als tussenstop.
