这个酒店非常差，酒店实景比网上的图片差，而且虚假宣传。网上写的我们订的高级客房51寸或55寸彩电，实际上是20几寸得彩电。说是三星，其实顶天就两星。最主要的是我们住好几天，就叫他们把垃圾桶倒了，他们告知，要自己动手，又没叫他们搞卫生。害我老公跑几趟地下室倒垃圾，说臭不可闻。我们一家人才两卷纸，问前台多要一卷纸，告知要自己买。房里地毯非常脏，好像很久没清理过了。前台黑人小哥一问三不知。这个酒店除了位置好，离海边近，服务态度还可以，其他没有好的。建议看懂中文的朋友不要订这里。 Very bad hotel! You must clean the room your self. You must buy toilets paper yourself. The floor is very dirty. This hotel is not 3 star, only 2 star. Pictures on the website look good, they try to foled you. Haha!

My stay was a good experience at Residhome Nice Promenade. Excellent location, nice clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. A very good option for a traveler on a budget. I recommend and will book it on my next visit to Nice. PS - there was a minor toilet leakage, quickly fixed.

Bra läge, fint rum med utrustat kök, härlig takterass. Vårt rum var väldigt lyhört. Man hörde all trafik och andra ljud hela natten. Lite dragit vid dörren till balkongen. Trevlig personal, men de visste inte mycket om lokaltrafiken, hur man tog sig till olika orter.

La communication des services inclus sur les longs séjours devraient être meilleurs. Nous avons du acheter savon vaisselle, papier hygiénique etc sur recommandation d'une réceptionniste. Pour finalement réalisé que le tout était compris tout au long de notre séjour.

L'établissement est très bien situé à deux pas de la plage sur la promenade. Le studio était très confortable, au calme même s'il donnait sur la rue. La terrasse située au 8eme étage est magnifique. Excellent séjour. Les personnes de la réception pourraient être un peu plus souriante.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé pour les commerces et les transports, la mer, très propre, très bien équipé avec petit balcon aperçu mer. Parking très appréciable y compris pour Suv moyen nécessité quelques manœuvres mais rien d’insurmontable.
