Wonderful experience!

It was convenient by being close to railway station. The area around hotel is congested with construction. It is around 15 minutes to center and one can get use to that as it was straight forward and the local vendors are fair with purchase you may like. The bedroom had 3 areas with separate washroom , toilet and shower that was small but all clean. One of the younger receptionist was not polite or receptive as the older one was. Overall for the money and location it was good and average.

We came for the Braderie and were in a great position for that - all very walkable. Staff were helpful and place was very clean

I had an excellent stay. The room was very comfortable, the shower was spacious, and the kitchenette was useful. Overall, it was nice and clean.

Staff were brilliant, ready to accommodate requests. Room was modern and clean. Hotel is close to the centre. Say 15 min walk. Although bus stop immediately outside hotel take you to the centre it two stops. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room fit all 5 of us comfortably and had everything we needed. The price for our stay was also very reasonable.

Nice hotel with in walking distance to old town centre.

Don’t expect a lie-in. No curtains in a downstairs bedroom!

Great little place to stay! I found all the staff at the desk friendly and helpful. Not stayed in an apartment/hotel place before so I didn’t know what to expect. My room had everything I needed for my 7 night stay. Good selection of cutlery/crockery/pans etc., for those who want to make/heat food while staying. Didn’t have breakfast downstairs during my stay so cannot comment on that. Shower was great, had no problems with hot water. Bed was VERY comfortable, a quite firm king-size in my room (309). Such a good sleep every night! No problems with the Wi-Fi. They change the password once a week. There’s a bin for normal waste and one for recycling which I liked. Hand soap, hair/shower gel, washing-up liquid, a sponge and tea towel are provided. The kitchenette cleaning is not provided so you must do this before you leave, which is perfectly reasonable. Your room is not cleaned/bed changed etc., during your stay (which for some reason people have complained about). Decorating could do with a little refresh (marks on walls etc.). Overall my stay here was great and I would recommend for solo travellers, couples and families staying in Lille. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to the main centre/train stations.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy 20 min walk into city. Easy, safe parking at the property.

Easy walk to train station. Free cribs. Beds were clean. Price was great. Can’t really ask for much more

Room was very good and it helped to have a kitchenette in it. Staff was friendly overall. The downside was the flush in the toilet that was constantly running. But overall great accommodation not too far from city centre. I would definitely recommend.

I waited for at least 45 minutes to be checked in. When I was asked to pay room tax, I asked for a receipt, for which I was immediately refused.

Plenty of space in our room for a family of five, cooking options available although we ate out. Walkable to city centre to sightsee, local shops nearby for the essentials

Cozy hotel. No elevator for 3 floor so, I’ve to lift my luggage after a 10 hrs flight. Convenient kitchen in the room but not clean They didn’t make up my room in my 3 days stay
