Chambre très propre et bien tenu. On regrette la cuisine, qui par manque de place, on retrouve le micro onde à 1.70m de hauteur (galère pour prendre les plats). De plus on nous informe qu'il faut faire le tri mais il y a qu'une seule poubelle dans l'appartement .... A suivre !

Within walking distance of La Rochelle marina. Quiet, clean, fairly modern. Reasonably priced.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to the old port, about 10 mins walk to terasses and restaurants, 20mins walk to the train station. There is a Carrefour 5 mins walk from the hotel which was handy. The apartment was very clean, AC was great as we went to La Rochelle right in the middle of the heatwave.We did have to buy consumables (shower gel, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets) but we knew that already before arrival. The kitchen is well equipped for a holiday, most days we had breakfast in the room. Pool is not too big but we always found empty chairs and could cool down a bit in the afternoon. Would book again next time.

Service was great, apartment was clean, light and spacious. Great place to relax for a few days.

Great location, great A/C, as advertised. Could do with more towels, as well as a kitchen towel, and kitchen sponge/scrubber as you need to leave the property as you found it. Will return.

Hébergement propre, calme et avec bcp de commodités. Dommage la piscine n'était pas encore accessible.

Idéal pour le Marathon de La Rochelle

Chambre et petit déjeuner qui n'est pas au standing d'un 4 etoiles. Pas d'eau chaudes dans ma chambre et aucun geste commerciale réalisé (on m'a dit d'envoyer un recommandé avec accusé de réception) bref tres dessus de cette établissement. C'est la 1er fois que je laisse un avis négatifs mais la douche froide ma tué ainsi que la reponse de la receptionniste.

Logement froid, le chauffage ne chauffe pas l'intégralité de la pièce. Les portes de communication qui grincent, nous n'osions pas ferleryau risque de réveiller l'autre. Les robinets de la douche sont inversés la pastille bleue indique l'eau chaude et inversement avec la pastille rouge. La poire de douche faisant fuir l'eau sur le côté. Logement spacieux mais trop grand en automne hiver pour être chauffé correctement.

Great location; not too close to the town so nice and quiet but walkable. Good parking arrangements.

Hôtel is ok and is clean. Parking is excellent and was a real benefit as finding parking in the main area of La Rochelle is a nightmare. Location is a bit commercial and out of the main area, but there is a shuttle water taxi that cuts off have of the walk to the main area, with this stopping at 11:45pm. The location therefore ended up being ok. Breakfast was ok but expensive. No safe in room which was a bit of an issue. The hotel also only provides one bath towel for your stay and charges per towel to change this. Each room appears to have its own hot water cylinder, so make sure that the first person in the bathroom does not run off all of the hot water - a full bath would use it all. No one on reception from 8pm till 8am, although you are given a code.
