Hôtel, parfait près du stade de Nice
Accueil très agréable, une Piscine, fort appréciable avec ces chaleurs.
Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux .
La salle de sport sur le toit est parfait ( matériel technogym récent) même si elle n’a pas de clim :ce qui est dérangeant avec la chaleur actuelle

Hotel très propre et personnelles à l’écoute et très agréable, nous sommes arriver et nous avons été surclassé.
Je recommande vivement cette hôtel qui niveau qualité prix et vraiment très abordable pour la qualité de l’établissement et du personnel.

Hotel is good for travellers plan to drive for the most part. A train station is close by but with only very limited service, simply put not recommended if you plan to use train to commute to Nice.

Check-in was fine, but from there it all went downhill. I arrived on a Friday, and the bar closed at 18:00, with no restaurant open either. They advertise room service and other amenities, but in reality, it wasn’t even possible to get a wine glass. The entire hotel shared one bottle opener, which I couldn’t borrow to the room.
The only positive was the coffee I bought before departure.
Overall, an average stay at best – more in line with a 2–3 star hotel.

This hotel needs a major renovation. Parking outside no lights and very dark, I had to use my mobile to use the light. Staff nice persons and friendly.

1) restaurant closed of an evening. No meals available and the bar closes early
2) limited breakfast options. €25 or nothing so if you just want a coffee then you have to pay the €25!
3) no air con in gym! Wouldn’t be able to use in the summer.
4) staff not particularly helpful except one young girl on reception.
5) rooms were nice. Clean and tidy generally
6) location to stadium perfect but too far from the centre unless you are willing to get a taxi.

Bruit intempestif des WC toute la nuit. Pas de geste commercial proposé. L’hôtel ne pouvait pas ignorer ce bruit important! Dommage.
Sans ça et le personnel du matin ça aurait été bien. Mention au personnel du soir.

The hotel is very convenient for transport to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate; unfortunately for my travelling companion there was no decaf coffee available and they were unable to supply it for the duration of our stay.
