Run do not walk to this mesmerizing hotel carved into the coastline, and offering stunning views at every turn. The property is exceptional, clean, beautifully appointed and full of amenities to ensure a fabulous stay. The team is exceptional in every aspect. Multi lingual, gourmands, and warm. We stayed for 4 nights and it was not long enough. Bandol - and this property - are a page from time gone by. Sun-filled, majestic and approachable. Life at this property is very, very good. We will be back!

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. We had breakfast both mornings with the incredible view of the sea and beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

GORGEOUS property with a wonderful and extremely welcoming staff. Outstanding

Spectacular property, refined luxury, unpretentious. Truly a special place and worth returning to. Their largest rooms are ideal for families. We had room 4, which had a large living room and 2 bedrooms, each with a nice bathroom. They provide nice beach towels (refreshed daily), a beach bag, and water shoes.

The room was well designed but very small. The position was great with a beautiful view overlooking the bay.

We stayed in the villa, ground floor. Very spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and sits well in the landscape. I was especially impressed by the motorized shades and curtains for the double-paned windows and doors. Super quiet and dark made for excellent sleep. The room not only had a refrigerator but also a wine refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and a Miele washer/dryer. All items were latest models and highest quality. Just one suggestion: move the room safe from the bottom of the closet to a slightly elevated space to make it user friendly. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choices and excellent quality. Indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were appealing and clean. Easy walk to downtown Bandol with its amazing number of top notch restaurants. Would definitely stay at Hotel Splendid again.

Our stay at The Splendid Hotel was absolutely amazing. The room, the staff, the management were all wonderful. We took advantage of a delicious breakfast each morning. We used the private pool a couple times (a must do if you stay at Splendid Everyday we took a short walk into town and strolled the paths along the Mediterranean that were full of breath taking views We stayed in the Onyx room which had a terrace facing the sea and also windows overlooking the solarium where you can lay out on comfortable chaises and take in the beautiful scene. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The beach was only a short walk away The Bandol train station is less than a 10 minute walk. From there you can easily travel to other destinations along the Riviera. However, if you are fortunate enough to stay at The Splendid Hotel we recommend that you stay and enjoy the top-notch service, the beautiful hotel, and its surroundings If I could give a higher score I would. We are grateful to everyone at the hotel that gave us such a memorable experience

Small scale hotel - very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location, building, bar /dining area and lovely room. Very delightful experience!

Si vous recherchez calme, dépaysement et bienveillance, séjournez à l’hôtel Splendid. Chaque matin et fin de journée est un émerveillement . Le levé et le couché de soleil n’ont pas leur pareil depuis la chambre où depuis le salon.

The staff is incredible and super helpful! The view from the room is so beautiful and we loved taking advantage of all the amenities of the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Bandol!
