Nice staff, whom are helpful and patient. Rooms tables, washrooms and utilities are tidy and clean. Thought the hotel is close to many sites (1 to 2 km), we felt far when walked to/from the 2 Metro stations with our luggauges. The hotel is located in business district of District 2.

the front desk receptionist acted like i was imposing on her time. zero sensibility for customer service. the room was teeny tiny. my window faced a building wall. it felt like a prison cell. i did everything to avoid being there. i know this is 3star hotel and didnt expect anything crazy but i will not be staying here again. location was good.

Great location in central Paris, room was clean and bathroom was recently renovated. Staff were helpful and would recommend staying here, very useful for exploring Paris on foot and metro station is also 3 minutes away. Very happy with the stay

The room itself was clean and well presented, which I appreciated. However, I could frequently hear the sound of water being flushed or drained from neighbouring rooms. It didn’t ruin my stay, but I imagine this could bother many guests who are light sleepers.

It's decent for a three star hotel with basic amenities. The hotel doesn't have a functioning AC so there's no ventilation. Luckily it's winter so we opened the windows to air the room. The heaters are working though quite weak. The walls and ceiling are thin. You can hear your neighbours.
Location is good. We didn't opt for the hotel breakfast as there are quite a good number of cafes nearby.
