Very helpful staff

Good value, perfect for stop over on way through France. Grateful for simple kitchenette, with Lidl next door, as all the restaurants in Epernay were fully booked the night we stayed!

The room felt dirty because of the carpet, also smelled musty and since we are allergic we started sneazing. The corridor and the stairways smelled like stale air. There was no AC and we had to sleep with the window opened — thankfully it was not too hot since it rained the days we were there, but in hot weather it would have been uncomfortable. For cheap price it may be agreeable to many, but I’d spend a bit extra to stay in a nicer place.

A real surprise in terms of space of the room and facilities. Nice quiet location too.

Excellent value for money. Very noisy and no air conditioning if hot. Town centre circa 15 min walk.

The staff was fantastic. The food for breakfast great. The location - inconvenient. The best I can refer to this as a dormitory style building that wants to charge more for hotel guests. They have bizarre rules - they are not at the so called hotel at certain times And leave notes on cork boards telling you will be fined for doing certain things. Never been to a place quite like this before

It was a little bit different and interesting. The location was great for exploring Epernay and it was very quiet.

We only stayed one night, and it was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was plentiful and safe. The champagne for sale was superb.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The only issue was their was no parking on site. If you do not reserve parking at hotel, parking becomes an issue. No easy to find parking around town.

Although we liked the hotel location and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were not as clean as we would like or expect.

Room lacks A/C and the reception is literally closed before 4 pm.

Good location for a stop-off while visiting champagne region. Breakfast had a great choice available. Room was really big and comfortable with everything we needed, it was just a little tired and dated. Staff on the desk were pleasant enough, the late check-in is not great but we were able to work around it.

A nice hotel that did what I wanted. The only disappointment was that I wasn’t in one of the split level rooms at the front.

Great breakfast and easy check in. There is no luxury but it served its purpose for a quick in and out stay overnight.

Check in time was restricted. The app said that it was 4-8pm but when we arrived at 5.30pm it stated that it opened at 6pm. Definitely a pain. Rooms well equipped and staff were friendly when they arrived back. Great kitchenette and adequate parking. Room was spacious and bathroom big.

Very basic and small room. Strange smell in the room too. We used this as a stopover on a long journey but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer. We had the continental breakfast which was good.

This appart'hotel is convenient for anyone who is driving to Epernay and wants to be able to park for free by their hotel. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the town and on bus routes - so no need to toss a coin to decide who drives and who gets to taste champagne! The reception area is pleasant but our initial impression of the common areas was that they were a bit spartan - but then again, until recently the building was an army barracks. We had a duplex, which offered plenty of space for us as a couple and would also be comfortable for three. "Kitchen corner" was a bit cramped but it was adequate for our needs and we were able to self-cater easily for the two nights we were there. Also, it felt like somewhere we could have stayed comfortably for a longer period, so suitable too for someone travelling on business who perhaps needs to find somewhere to stay for a week or two. Breakfast is offered by the hotel but we preferred to prepare our own. There is a coffee and snacks machine on the ground floor and also a bar that opens in the evening.

Very nice hotel. Reception very friendly. We had a room upgraded. Very happy with everything. Recommend.

Great location, great service, great breakfast. Nice play area for the kids right next to the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us out. Plus it is really good value. I could not fault it.
