From the staff to the clean rooms, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay there again. It had access to the tube within just a few minutes. Then just a block away there was a Main Street neighborhood style with wonderful restaurants and of course pastries bakery yes again we definitely would stay there.

Conveniently located, but in need of renovation. The carpets are badly stained throughout the hotel and rooms and the bathrooms have broken tiles, gaps in grouting and worn out shower screens. Overall this gives the impression that the hotel is tired and a bit dirty. This isn't the fault of the staff, who were polite and pleasant.

Sauf erreur de ma part, c'est un hôtel 4* ?
Le personnel est courtois, là dessus pas de problème. En revanche le reste des prestations de l'hôtel n'est pas en ligne avec le niveau de service auquel on pourrait s'attendre : décoration des chambres, état de la salle de bain avec un rideau de douche qui remplace une paroi manquante, une étagère manquante, etc...
Je suis resté 2 nuits et le lit n'a pas été refait alors que quelqu'un est bien passé dans la chambre pour ajouter un ventilateur qui n'a absolument aucun intérêt en hiver.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais tout à fait basique.
Le prix n'était certes pas cher mais je m'attendais à mieux sur les prestations générales.
