I absolutely loved my stay!! The staff were all nice, professional, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and my room was a dream with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious everyday. Will definitely be back!

Alles war super. Leider wurde ich von Hotel.com nicht auf die Lärmemissionen auf Grund der Renovationsarbeiten aufmerksam gemacht. Das könntet Ihr wirklich besser machen. Ist nicht das erste Mal. Sonst alles tipptopp! Komme wieder

The staff was great, the location was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful for our first ever trip to Paris. We were able to walk everywhere , the arc de triomphe, the louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and we were so lucky to have a room with a balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise. This hotel is a true hidden gem and we would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff was great, the location was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful for our first ever trip to Paris. Our stay at hotel west end was amazing. It is in such a perfect location - near many things but tucked away so it’s quiet. Service was amazing staff was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again!
