Rooms were lovely. Bathrooms were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious but very expensive. Staff very nice. Location a little off the beaten path so it was nice and quiet. 10+ minute walk to get to good streets and transit but overall an easy walk. Very safe.

Indicated that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. While I understand that an upgrade was not available (we would have had to move the next morning), I would have hoped they would have offered a much nicer room in our own category than the one we got. We received an accessible room where the toilet was too high for comfort, the bathroom flooded every time we showered and the layout was different than any of the rooms showcased online. I was told the hotel was full so I didn’t bring it up again until checkout (and the very sketchy internet access) and was promised a manager would reach out. It has been several days now and I have yet to hear anything back. Service was very good as far as restaurant recommendations and reservations were concerned but this was very disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. Our room in the tower was amazing, huge comfortable bed. If traveling to Bordeaux and want a superb place to stay Yndo is highly recommended

This is an amazing hotel, the staff go above and beyond. They are so helpful and friendly.

Nice luxury hotel. It's 5 star. Walking distance to places to eat, very quiet and away from the real hustle and bustle.

Just an incredible stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The linens, furniture, bed and bathroom were so comfortable. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We will be back!

This lavish and small hotel can't be beat. Modern, comfortable and large rooms that look like they were just redecorated. Everything is spotless and new. The staff couldn't be more friendly or accommodating. Location is in the old town and just blocks from the best streets. The breakfast is superb. Don't miss a stay at Hotel Yndo.

Stunning hotel, well located, amazing staff

Wir haben das standard Doppelzimmer gebucht, welches als „Secret Room“ von dem Hotel tituliert wird, weil es als einziges Zimmer im Keller zwischen der Hoteltoilette und den Aufbewahrungs- (viele Kühlschränke) und Putzräumlichkeiten liegt. Auch wenn als solches deklariert, das Zimmer ist leider absolut nicht Schallisoliert und somit hat man permanent das Gefühl, dass andere sich mit im Zimmer aufhalten, dementsprechend ist es auch laut. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, und somit war es in Ordnung. Für längeren Aufenthalt würde ich empfehlen eine andere Zimmerkategorie zu nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daher alles in einem würden wir das Hotel, aber nicht das Secret Room empfehlen.

Crazy room was amazing. Very quiet, large with a giant bath tub. Very friendly service. Would recommend. Not too far from everything but not the best location if you want to be in the action.

Excellent staff

We had a wonderful stay at Yndo Hotel. Such a beautiful and unique property. The interior design is amazing and each room has its own distinctive style. It did not feel like a hotel but someone’s personal home. Thank you for your generous hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful and the room was very nice and comfortable. There is a beautiful courtyard with Flowers and trees that is very inviting. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Great hotel, excellent room, fantastic service and super professional staff.

The service is good but the room smells like feces. I asked to change rooms , the second room also smell like feces. Apparently , it has something to do with the plumbing.

If you are looking for a charming hotel, in a very quiet area. This is the place. A beautiful house, friendly and helpful staff. But if you are looking for a 5-star hotel, what means luxury category, this is not the place. I would consider a Superior category hotel, however, not a 5-star one
