Room was comfortable. If you have a car it's easy to Genava. Worth price there. I was waiting for check in for almost 1 hour , just 2 groups in front of me. There has laundry room , but no more powders for guest.

the location is convenient, Carrefour supermarket is not far away so food can be got simply. Room service is not very efficient, even toilet paper did not be replenished. The breakfast could be better. The capacity of air conditioner seems not enough to cool down the room temperature in summer.

It was exactly what we needed , a stop over after a late flight . The place is lovely and all staff were very helpful . Especially Dylan who was on duty the night we arrived . He was very kind , helpful and professional. Thank you Dylan Sadly didn’t get to use any facilities, as we had to leave in the morning, otherwise , all very good

J’ai déjà connu cet hôtel sous le nom de Ferney Geneve et c’était pas mal, j’ai cru avec le changement de nom il sera meilleur mais non, la cuisine de l’appartement en mauvais état et la rouille sur les cotés de la baignoire ne donne pas envie de prendre une douche…Mon voyage c’était pour le loisir mais aussi pour la prospection pour une organisation de séminaire mais hélas! Toutefois j’aimerais remercier les agents de l'accueil celui de la nuit et ceux d’hier le 19 aout une jeune souriante et un Mr très sympathique.

Very old and outdated property, poorly maintained. Cobwebs throughout and windows were extremely dirty. The shower was only partially working. Realistically, this is more of a 3-star property so definitely not a true 4-star. That said, it was value for money, so you get what you pay for. However, guests should rate based on genuine standards, not inflated scores that mislead others.

Comfortable accommodation for a family of four. Great base for exploring Geneva and around (by car), and much cheaper than staying in Switzerland (free flowing movement across border). Supermarkets nearby helpful for self catering.

Really great location to and from the airport. In walking distance to the shops/restaurants and buses. The room was exactly as described and was very clean and modern. Everyone was very helpful and we didn’t have any issues staying here. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hote.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, da sie in der Hochsaison im Sommer noch halbwegs erschwinglich war und per Bus eine gute Anbindung an das Zentrum von Genf hatte. Toll war speziell für Kinder die Verfügbarkeit eines Innenpools, auch wenn dieses nicht sonderlich groß ist. Verbesserungswürdig ist jedoch der Zustand der Zimmer. Viele Details weisen auf mangelnde Instandhaltung hin wie z.B. beschädigte Fliesen oder Deckenplatten im Badezimmer. Der Vier-Sterne Klassifizierung konnte sie vom Gesamteindruck jedenfalls nicht gerecht werden. Es war auch das erste Mal in einem Hotel, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, zu unserer Abreise den Müll rauszubringen.Trotzdem - mit der funktionalen Küchenzeile und auch dem kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Genf, den man jeweils am Vorabend buchen sollte, können wir sie als Budgetoption empfehlen. Das Frühstück hätte vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas besser sein können, zum Beispiel mit etwas frischem Gemüse und Obst. In der Nähe gibt es einen Carréfour Supermarkt, falls man sich selbst versorgen möchte.

Filthy room, smells like fungus, could not breathe all night

L'appartement est tres bien en lui même, les inconvenients sont le bruit (on entend les voisins qui parlent ,crient...) et aussi la douche pas terrible.

Bonjour, j’ai regretté d’avoir réservé là-bas, toilettes trop petit, télévision à côté du micro-ondes et très petit écran, lit pas confortable du tout. Aucun service de nettoyage si séjour inférieur à 8 nuits. Nous avons pris 6 nuits donc pas de serviette propre pendant tout le séjour, pas de papier toilette et pas de draps propre , nous avons dut tout racheter nous même. Le pire du séjour aura été le lendemain de notre plainte pour le ménage car nous avons retrouvé des punaises de lit j’ai remis la punaise dans un mouchoir aux réceptionniste mais bon pas grande réaction . Les seuls points positifs du séjour sont la cuisine bien équipée et la piscine intérieure de l’hôtel Mais je ne recommande pas car la propreté passe avant tout le reste…

Near to airport

I stayed in Zenitude for 12 days, with my family (myself, my wife and two children). I do not recommend the hotel for the travelers in a similar situation and I believe expedia should delist this property at least for longer stays. Good: the location is not quite perfect, but this is balanced by a reasonable price. Swimming pool is a very good entertainment for children. Breakfast is very good and inexpensive. Bad: service. 1. For all time we stayed there was absolutely no room cleaning; they promised to do this once a week, however, when I complained, the staff each time responded then 7 days have not yet passed; 2. Therefore, I had to request the toilet paper twice at the reception; in one of these two cases the response was that they do not have toilet paper; 3. When I asked, which pharmacy nearby is open on Sunday, after a long research I got an advice to go to the (closed) pharmacy nearby and the information about the 24/7 working pharmacy may be found on the door there; 4. At the check out I waited for 15 minutes the receipt for city tax I payed while checked in. After all I did not receive this. They promised to send the said receipt to me by e-mail. I would be surprised if they do this, but they did not.

This must be one of the best kept cheap Geneva accommodation secrets. 64 euros for a smashing clean spacious mini apartment. 10 mins drive from Geneva airport and 15 mins bus ride from central Geneva.

Overall experience was good. The key was malfunctioning at least once a day, which needed to go to the reception. Other than that, it was a good stay!

Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer mit Küche. Alles war super, außer das Doppelbett. Es waren zwei getrennte Einzelbetten zusammengestellt. Heutzutage, "die einfachste Lösung" in jedem zweiten Hotel. Es wäre trotzdem gut, einen Weg zu finden, wo sich zwischen den Matratzen kein Graben bildet.
