Check in was quick n smooth, there were language issues. Room 208 looked like someone punched through the door. 207 smelled of toilet and the sheets caught the smell of although they looked clean. Flush was not strong enough which maybe the reason. Lots of fittings in the room were broken including the door. Cupboard had one hanger and half of the cupboard was broken and did not open. They gave only one towel set for a double occupancy but it was hard to communicate as no one spoke English so had to show a towel n still got only a hand towel.. Couldn't use TV as briken. AC was a relic so was the remote. It was not functioning even with a lot of pressing so asked reception to come and help. The room was very cold and it was cold all night as the room couldn't heat up for long. The duvet was very thin too. Tried the shower for 10min but it came with cold water so couldn't take showers at 5.15am when we needed to leave to the airport. Parking shared with their Restaurant which was very loud with music that until 12. Lighting is inadequate to even fill the room so it felt dark. No bin in the room. Plug points are hanging in the air and are unusable. Wifi very weak and disconnects. Walls are thin as a paper so we heard noises most of the night. There were no checkout staff being an airport hotel at 6.12am. The main entrance was locked but we could get out somehow leaving the keys at desk which felt unsafe . 10 min drive to airport is the only reason to book this hotel.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Check in is terrible, no elevator, no help with luggage to high second floor. No heat in the room (had to sleep dressed up and under so called blanket), water in the bathroom is iced cold so it is impossible to take a shower. Two small comforters on the bed instead of one big one (felt like back in Soviet Union kindergarten). The whole hotel feels and smells like old Soviet Union era hotel. So called restaurant is a joke, went down to checkout and reception lady is smoking inside the restaurant. The only positive thing is, taxi came in 2 minutes to take us away from this nightmare.
