Its a scam! Place looks nothing like the one advertised. They gave me a room with a broken bed, busted door lock, AC not working, unsanitary bathroom - urin running underneath the toillette, busted bathroom door, broken shower door, broken shower floor. I told them this is not what I paid for and they didn't care. Once I complained to expedia they told Expedia they will reimburse me part of my stay only if I do not post pictures of the actual place. It was unacceptible!! They never reimbursed me anything. The worst part is that my trip to another destination was cancelled so I decided to move those other days to Tbilisi and made a second booking with the same property. They charged me both reservations full amount. They waiting for the second reservation to start before providing any response back to expedia. Expedia did not also care the place was unsanitary and should be closed permanently!! They were happy to take the money. Overall, it was a bait and switch. Do not book here!!!!

Комната не соответсвует фотографиям. Попали в отель через полчаса, на русском говорят плохо) размеры комнаты очень маленькие даже чемодан раскинуть негде) хорошо что Тбилиси красивый город) так бы смазана вся поездка

Centrally located and just 20 minutes or so walk to the start of Tbilisi Old Town. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and functional (I stayed twice). Also, the bus to and from the airport stops about 100 yards away either side of the road and the nearest metro station is just a five minute walk. Good value for money.

Останавливались на 3 ночи, район отличный, звукоизоляция отсутствует, душ и туалет общий на 4 комнаты попасть сложно. В комнате чисто.

Convenient to cafe for Georgian cooking and to Rustaveli and to Metro. Very pleasant

Basic room alright... No nightstand, no pictures/decor or anything. Just a cot and a fan. Instead of the listed double bed, I had an old army cot with a 2" mattress stapled to the cot. I could feel the cot ribs through the mattress. I asked for another bed or mattress the first night but never got one. The second night I asked again and was given a comforter to use as a 2nd mattress. Instead of AC as in listing, I had a fan in a room with no windows or ventilation so I had to keep the door open all night or burn up from heat. I was told to use the upstairs bathroom/shower - yuck. It wasn't cleaned before I got there nor while I was there. The same paper behind the toilet was there for 3 days/2 nights. Free toiletries?Soap dispenser in shower. That's it. Nothing by the sink. The downstairs toilet door didn't lock nor was there a light - looked like being used for maintenance. The kitchen... what kitchen? No water in sink , no utensils, plates etc. Bare cupboards. According to listing I could ask for microwave or hotplate. Most hostels at least have basic cookware and utensils.
