I would have given a perfect rating, except during my seven-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. They said there’d be two bottles of water left each day, but that happened twice. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly. I loved the decor with an old-world style influenced by both Asian and European styles. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of fresh foods, meat, eggs, fruit and vegetables. They even offer shots of local chacha, which was a delight in the afternoon. I would gladly stay again.

The hotel was well priced and the room and other facilities spacious and clean. I enjoy walking and it was close enough to town to walk to all major attractions. Staff were helpful and understood enough English to get by ok. I enjoyed the breakfast which was very traditional Georgian Recommended!

Hotel liegt nicht besonders zentral. Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich groß und laut, hatte Glück ein großes mit Balkon zu erwischen. Andere sind umgezogen.Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert,Betten waren im.

I like the small room I got the breakfast was great but the internet was not good in my room 06 try to take a room in the main building

Hotel in good Location in Tbilisi. Staff was great and very nice. There is no problem to get Invoice. Room was ok - but it can be a little bit cleaner. Breakfast was normal. Good relation between price and quality. I can recommend this place!

Staff was so friendly and kind to me. Location is close to metro station. Breakfast was simple, but satisfied me very much. Fully recommendable hotel, but there was a little of sound from next room.

I stay at this hotel for 2 days. They try to help us. We don't like the room and pay more for better room. But there is no differences between Standart and Ekonom. Servis in hotel is not bad. Breakfast is good. And the hotel is near the maydan.(st sherdina) Will I book it for future. I think no.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. The hotel is ten minutes walking distance to old town which has many important sightseeing places,resteurants,cafes and bars. Also the hotel is 200m to metro station Avlabari which gives opportunity easy reach Freedom square and Rustavali Street. The hotel place is silent and it has nice garden. Security is good.The room was clean and big. The breakfast was delicious and rich. They give airport shuttle services during the day and also at night.They are interested in your problems. Generally, I liked this hotel. Next time when I visit Tblisi,I will stay here again.

First of all, the room is really dark. Even though I turned on the light of the center, I couldn't notice that the light was turned on. Secondly, it was very noisy because of the wall of the room is very thin. I had to hear the whole sound of the water flow and people's talking. The staff was ok and they can speak English but they did't give me any kind of information about Tbilishi and other places, so you should figure out by yourself. The hotel is located in quiet area(but a little bit dark), and it was 7 min walk to Metro and it's good point. But when I checked out the hotel, they asked me to pay only GEL by credit card(the website clearly indicated that the hotel will pay me by US dollar!), so I had no chice to pay GEL by my credit card, and it calculated more money than my ential reservation. That's not much mony but I was very upset that they might deceive me. (I don't want to think like that....) I think the 'hotels.com' needs to corret this problem. Lastly, laundry fee is very very expensive! I wanted to do laundry after I check the price, but female staff already did and paid me 35 GEL (not many clothes). I was so freaked out but no chice to pay.

The hotel manager came by himself to pick us up from the airport. Cery modest and simple people. The stay was amazing. Very helpful when I asked about directions and all. There is a restaurant down there they make amazing home made Georgian food. Am not faking my comment for the sake of positive review, it is really really nice hotel I recommend you to stay there. Cheers

Hotellet var helt OK, men bilderna gjorde sken av ett mera avancerat hotell. Rummens standard var ganska låg, frukosten var god, personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig.

The staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. On the morning of my arrival I was able to checkin to my room at 9.00. I had technical problems with my laptop but was given expert help by the staff. Breakfast was adequate - and available until 12 noon. However my room was not very clean. At times it was crawling with ants.
