The staff at the hotel was beyond courteous I have no complaints. Everything beyond exceeded my expectations I was super happy with the stay and I am currently booking another trip just to go back for next year.

It was close to everything . Staff was friendly and helpful .very clean as well.

Otel genel itibariyle merkezi konumda, bir çok önemli yere yakın karşısında Türk balıkçısı var çalışanları çok yardımsever ve lezzetli balıklar yapıyorlar, otelin odaları biraz eski fakat çalışanları yardımsever ve güler yüzlü.

We were pretty displeased with our stay here for numerous reasons. One, the breakfast price was listed incorrectly. We specifically booked for breakfast due to having a tight travel schedule and ended up having to pay twice as much as was listed, which I'm in the midst of disputing with my credit card company, as I think the hotel should've honored the price that was listed. It wouldn't have cost much for this service recovery, and they failed - I also have high Bonvoy status, so I was additionally disappointed they went to no trouble to make anything better. Worse than that, was our AC was broken. Batumi is disgustingly hot and humid. We asked them to resolve this when we left for dinner, only to come back and find nothing done, and nothing communicated to us. They are great at sending canned e-mails apologizing for inconvenience, but when push came to shove they did nothing to help us or improve our stay. This property also just has a generally haughty staff. They are used to seeing people show up in Maseratis: pro tip, not all wealthy people waste their money on flaunting. We both travel extensively for work and expect to be treated at least neutrally when we show up at hotels, we did not feel particularly welcome or cared for. I stay at a Meridien property in the US regularly, and will continue to do so, but this property really needs some help in their customer service.

الفندق رائع جدا .. الغرفة واسعه والاثاث راقي ومريح .. هدوء المكان وقريب من البولفارد دقائق مشي على الافدام وايضا قرب الفندق حديقه كبيره جدا وتطل على البولفارد ..ولكن الفطور لم يعجبني غير متنوع بالنسبه للعرب وقيمته غاليه .. انصح السكن في الفندق لخدماته والرائعه وموقعه القريب من كل شي

Great 5 star hotel - close to the old city - amazing view and staff

Great location good clean rooms. Helpfull staff deflnitly advise this hotel.

We stayed at Le Méridien Batumi for 6 days on September 2021, and it was absolutely superb. We got two stunning and modern rooms with a wonderful view of the Black Sea. The beds were huge and very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely & spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed in their great indoor pool and gym. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent and the staff was friendly and provided help upon every request we had. In terms of addressing COVID19 - The rooms were sanitized and the stuff wear face masks all the time. All and all, the hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.
