Für den Preis erwarte ich ein bisschen besseren Service. Wir haben beim CheckIn ganz lang auf das Zimmer gewartet. Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, kein Toilette Papier nach zwei Tage. Beim Frühstück gab es kleine Auswahl. Da Meer 200 m entfernt ist, wollte ich schwimmen gehen. Mir wurde nicht erlaubt Handtücher mitzunehmen. Security hat ohne Erklärung die weggenommen. Seltene Mitarbeiter sprechen englisch und sind unfreundlich. Ich würde dem Hotel 3 Sterne geben. Ich war in Deutschland in Radisson Blue und Service war deutlich besser.

Great hotel. Great location. Amazing room (family suite). Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino. Other than that it was great! Loved the pools, loved the room, loved the view. Highly recommended

Lobiye geldiğimde elit bir ortam olduğunu görebiliyorsunuz. Bazı otellerin lobisi gibi sigara kokmuyordu. Oda kartınız olmadan asansör çalışmıyor, bu da güven veriyor.

Hotels.com send me an emai from Expedia to contact the hotel. The didn see a payment details despite it was pay at the property and credit card accepted correctly upon the reservation. I have sent a message to the hotel with no response for 3 days. I contacted Hotels.com supprt and they told that everything is ok. Upon the arrival the didn't find the reservation. I had to wait standing in fron of the desk for 1 hour talking ti them and to support. I offered to give me a room and i will pay and then they will arrange everything by themselves but noone heared eland made me waiting for an hour!. In the roo. The temperature was 16 degrees. AC worked only to cool it wss freezing. After half an hour of my call noone came. Only after that i came to reception the sent a technical but refused to change the room. It took 2 hour to achieve a comfort temperature, so me and the child were in the coats with no option tilo change and to have a shower. After 2 days the situation was the opposite 32 degrees in the room, AC work only to hot. In general, the location is good, food good, hotel clean, but old and renovated

just disappointment followed by more disappointment. At check in they tried to switch the reserved room for a lower tier and offer me the reserved room for an additional cost. The room itself was outdated, but if clean would have been fine. Unfortunately it was pretty dirty and clear that the staff did very little outside of making the bed. Our daily housekeeping did no more, we had to provide images of dirty used mugs to the front desk to prove this and then, they only addressed that one concern while the bathroom was still dirty. The lobby is a cloud of cigarette smoke as you enter. The attached casino has no barrier and all the smoke just vents to the lobby and seeps into the rooms. Then there is the service. Most things we had to ask twice for and get an attitude whenever requesting something. Having this list d as a ‘5 star’ hotel is a joke. I’m not sure what certification signs off on hotel star ratings, but clearly this was awarded due to some type of corruption. At best, this could receive ‘3 star’ rating in USA, but perhaps the standards are much lower here? I will add some images of the moldy ceilings that have been there for a while, which the smell is likely masked by the cigarette smoke, but the health impacts are certainly not. For my sanity I did a walkthrough of the Meridien next door, and was floored by how much nicer, cleaner and better it was. Do yourself a favor and stay there or the Sheraton instead. No matter the price, I would not stay in this

It started a bit bad but turn to one of our finest vacation. Great location near to most attractions and places in the city. Great rooms . Have to extoll the reception manger that tried the best to make our stay better and enjoyable.
