Poor customer service. Reception was unkind. Customer service from reception was hard to obtain

Location is best !! Nice and clean rooms. High speed wifi.

このホテル概要は嘘。 【The explanation is a LIE】 日本人なら絶対に予約しないでください。 フロントデスクなし/ 事前にHotels.comからホテルに問い合わせをしてもらったが、返答は24時間オープンしてるとの答えだったが、実際に行ってみるとドアは鍵が掛かって閉まってた。 ドア横のキーボックスの暗証番号を入力してキーボックスを開けて自分の部屋の鍵を自分で受け取る。 キーホルダーには中国語が書いてある。 しかも、事前に暗証番号の連絡も一切無い。 ２つのコーヒーショップ無し/ アパートメントで、そんなもん無い。 バー 、 ラウンジ無し/ 上記記載 アパートメントでそんな物なし。 楽しみにしてた食事もできない 毎日のベッドメイキング無し/ ハウスキーピング(毎日) 無し/ 15部屋 無し/ 実際は【５】部屋だけ。 手荷物保管サービス 無し/ ホテル従業員がいないのにどうやって保管してもらえる？ ATM/銀行 無し/ 上記記載 アパートメントなのでそんな物ない、Google mapで確認してください。 セーフティーボックス (フロントデスク)無し/ フロントがないのにどうやって保管してもらえる？ This hotel Description is a LIE Do not book Not front Desk : I asked the hotel in advance from Hotels.com and the reply was that it was open 24 hours a day, but when I actually went there the door was locked and closed. There's no front desk so you only get a code to open a box to get the key. The location was great and the room was clean, but tiny and no windows. Even the shower was tiny. There are much nicer places to stay for the price.

The only worth of the hotel is its location. Staff friendly. Room very small without external window.

Kamer is rstig, nadeel geen daglicht en erg klein, bouwkundige staat twijfelachtig

Me dieron una habitacion pequeñisima sin ventana (solo habian las cortinas para tener la sensacion de que habia ventana). El precio reservando directamente al hotel era mucho mas barato que reservandolo por Hotels.com. A mi Hotels.com me cobró 19 eur, y allí la habitación costaba alrededor de 11 eur (35 lari)

Very small room , hard to find even with maps

Unfortunately this hotel, which is in a great location, just wasn't worth the price I paid. For the same amount you can get a much bigger room with a window and breakfast in the center of the city. If I had paid less I probably would have been OK with the room. Besides there being no window, there was a leak into the bathroom from the ceiling. Also, when I took a shower with the shower doors closed I caused a flood on the bathroom floor. There were other rooms available in the hotel and I really should have been offered one of them.

Room is too small, does not have ventilation. Room service is not good and no complementary bottle of minral water as well as tissue box. No free breakfast.
