Staff were extremely helpful. I arrived late and my room had not been made up. They upgraded me to a lovely room with a view instead. View was breathtaking and hotel was well designed and great restaurant and bar

Nice hotel. New, clean. You need SUV for area and parking lot. Great view - nice balconies. Breakfast below average.

Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices. Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha . WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . Grateful for that gesture. After staying there for 4 days we felt so much relaxed n peaceful. View from our room was spectacular. Price as compared to neighboring cottages n hotels were more pricey.

Property is located uphill with great views. Charming but modern. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Great staff...super helpful and friendly!

Although a boutique & a family-run property, the one outstanding feature of the property are all the staff. The owner Ana & her team (Keto in particular) are supremely friendly & gracious hosts. Special mention to Giorgi, the staff who single-handedly managed the breakfast. His warmth, eagerness to please and convivial attitude were well complemented with his efficiency. I’m glad I extended my stay here by a day and strongly recommend this property, which I’m sure would be the best in the whole of the Kazbegi region. The location provides spectacular views of the surrounding hills & of Mt. Kazbegi. The restaurant has a good selection of tasty dishes - feels as though they’re home made! All-in-all, the hotel made my first week in Georgia amongst the most memorable in recent times!

I would highly recommend it. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very clean and spacious, beautiful location and amazing food. Newly build hotel with small indoor pool and sauna (extra charge 50 GEL/h). Views from rooms to Kazbegi are breathtaking. Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.
