The door keys did not work, so had to have someone walk me up to me room each time

Nice hotel close to transit and a grocery store

Stay was decent but nothing extraordinary. It didn’t come across as a 4 star hotel more a 3.5 or 3 star. They didn’t have any luggage storage facility. The pillows were also useless.

Being right by the U was very convenient. The staff were very helpful with a last minute reservation change during Oktoberfest. They also were able to bring a space heater and extra blankets for the cold.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and close to a U-Bahn station. I had the breakfast a few times and it was good with dietary options available. However, a big reason I booked with ACHAT was their laundry access, which they actually do not have. When I asked the front desk they said they used to have laundry, but no longer. I was directed to a laundromat near by, which I spent an hour trying to find on foot and on Google, but ended up having to take the U-Bahn to the nearest laundromat. Not what I wanted to do on my trip to Munich. It’s fine not having the laundry in house, but it should not be advertised on Expedia, if that is the case.

Excellent checkin and staff.

There was evidence of possible bedbug issues. Reported it to the front desk, but they did not take it seriously. Had to book a different hotel last minute instead. Refund request was refused. Do not recommend.

Nice clean hotel, very close to metro with frequent service to the city centre. Spacious room. A kettle and some tea/ coffee would have been wonderful. Very good value for money.

Prima, basic hotel. Ligt buiten de stad maar prima bereikbaar met metro S3. Nette kamers. Maar er is een groot probleem met warm water. Van de 5 nachten dat we er waren heb ik maar een keer een warme douche gehad. Ook na een kamerwissel was het water koud. De medewerkers doen hun best en putten zich uit in verontschuldigingen, maar het is niet acceptabel.

Eine Riesenbaustelle vor der Tür, dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts, für das kalte bzw. max. lauwarme Wasser jedoch schon, da es sich über die ganzen fünf Tage zog. Entfernung zur U-Bahn ist super, Infrastruktur im Nahbereich, Lokale und Versorgung ist ebenfalls Klasse. Man merkt den Fachkräftemangel und die fehlenden Investitionen. Denke beim nächsten Mal wird es doch ein anderes Hotel.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Il paraît luxueux au premier abord et finalement on se rend très vite compte que le personnel s’en fiche complètement ! Infesté par les cafards et punaises, je l’ai précisé en montrant des photos mais on m’a répondu que c’était normal car il y avait des arbres et que j’avais ouvert les fenêtres alors que ma chambre était au 5eme étage. Et puis c’est tout ! Rien n’a été fait !!! En sortant sur le perron un pigeon mort a séjourné durant tout notre séjour (4 nuits) au milieu des poubelles des autres touristes. Tout le monde semble s’en fiche. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est honteux !

bin haeufiger in dem hotel und hatte nie ein zimmer, das mal ok war, mal.ging die klimaanlage nicht, nal war der fernseher kaputt, mal fehlte der kuehlschrank, ... fuer 1 nacht sicher ok, aber es ist nicht die qualitativste adresse

Alles prima tot er op middernacht iemand in onze kamer stond en het licht aanmaakte. Bangelijk… en geen veiligheidsslot op de deur. Kan gewoon niet en stel me vragen bij de veiligheid. Anders prima hotel.

Durch die Bemühungen der engagierten Rezeptionistin konnte das Zimmer bereits 1,5 Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-In-Beginn bezogen werden

Was impossible to get out of the bed from one side because top much close to the wall. Air conditioning was not working. There were cockroaches in the room

El hotel muy bien. Zona tranquila aunque lejos del centro pero con facil accesibilidad ya q tiene metro directo desde el hotel, la parada de metro esta a pocos metros. El aire acondicionado no es muy bueno, pasamos un poco de calor.

room 004: tv screen was broken, ground was quite dirty, aircon didn't work. only reaction at reception, we'll check. had better stays before in that hotel and hope it stays a sine bad moment. cu next time
