柏林哈克市场阿迪娜公寓式酒店

We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel locates near a train station, if on the lower floor it can be disturbing by the noise of the traffic and the train. Otherwise, the location is great to access to shopping, dining , museum island and Berlin Dom. Not sure ( decide not to ask) if the hotel offers room cleaning every day. Our room was not cleaned after first night since we scattered all our stuffs in the room, so we didn’t ask during the stay.

I had a Zoom meeting this morning but the construction noise disrupted my meeting. The noise was so loud that I could not listen to my co-workers' conversation on Zoom. I tried to call the reception and understand the situation. I was so shocked to receive unhelpful and rude responses from the staff. I asked what was going on and whether there was anything they could do to handle the situation. I need a quiet place to work and do my Zoom meeting. The responses from the staff were so rude and unhelpful. She kept saying that she did not know the construction in advance. She could not do anything. She cut my line and said that she could not talk to me in three hours about the noise. I only talked to her for 5 minutes (maximum). Honestly, I simply need an answer to know the situation so that I can arrange my Zoom meeting. I did not expect a rude conversation from the staff. It was totally unacceptable. The hotel itself was not bad. Some staff were very helpful and it was why I extended my stay once. However, when there were incidents, they did not know how to handle and they did not even care how it affected their customers. I will not stay in this hotel again because of the way they handled incidents.

The location is great. It takes less than 3 mins to walk to Berlin Hackescher Markt station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and the apartment has kitchen, washer, and dryer, which is quite useful.

飯店的地點很好，也很乾淨。簡易廚房有點小，門口的燈也壞了，但是其他部分都很不錯。

1、hot water wasn’t stable to cause me scalded for many times. 2、not quite clean at all with fly and bugs 3、2 light lamps aren’t work, fix 2 days 4、Just little chosen for breakfast

Luminous, spacious and quiet estudio for 2 people. Small kitchen. Great location near metro, tram, historic sites: cathedral, museums, plazas, boats. Many restaurants and cafes in neighborhood. Easy to walk around (30 minutes walk to Check Point Charlie) Pleasant personal.

Quarto com ótimo tamanho, roupas de cama e a cama confortável, cozinha equipada. Gostamos muito da localização, enfim voltaria e recomendo m, com certeza

Fin beliggenhet, kort vei til offentlig transport og knutepunkt Alexanderplatz. Rolig beliggenhet, godt isolerte vinduer. God frokost, hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi måtte be om renhold og søppelposer underveis siden det ikke ble gjort hver 3. dag som vi fikk beskjed om. Derav opphopning av søppel for 2 voksne og 1 barn som brukte bleier. Dårlig renhold på balkongene, avføring fra fugler o.l. ble liggende, noe som er uheldig spesielt mtp små barn. Alt i alt vil vi dog komme tilbake.

Really nice room with the kitchenette. The room was super clean and well stocked. The motel location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Berlin, especially if you are not bringing a car, as it is right off the subway exit. Everything you could possibly need is right next-door. There is a grocery store, and more restaurants than you could possibly visit within an easy walk.

今回で2回目の利用です。お部屋が広くて清潔感があり、とても使いやすく居心地が良いです。ロケーションも良くて、とても便利です。次回もまた利用したいです。

My husband and I have stayed @ this Adina multiple times.Unfortunately this time we had to cancel our stay.However my daughter, son-in-law and 2 almost adult children travelled to Berlin and kept in constant contact and sent us so many positive observations which I have noted above! We enjoyed the stay. The Apartment hotel is close to the transportation with supermarket and restaurants nearby. The only disappointment was that we had to move from a one bed room apartment to a studio for the third and fourth day of our stay bc of the problems in their water system l, though they refund us the difference. Other than that, we were happy with our stay!

Rooms were apartments with one bedroom of twin beds/one bath or two bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths. Pull out couch in 2 bedroom and extra cot in one bedroom. Loved washer/dryer but needed guidance for machine selections. Hotel was located by 2 train stations, grocery store and drug store. Very convenient! Pricey but very nice accommodations.

Overall the place great and excellent location but the half shower door with the toilet paper next to the shower is ridiculous.

Nemt at køre til, parkering under hotellet. Venligt personale, god plads på værelset.

Jeg har boet på Adina adskillige gange, og jeg synes at beliggenheden er perfekt. Jeg er også virkelig begejstret for det lille køkken, som hører til hvert værelse. Men jeg har en anke, og det er, at man er begyndt kun at gøre rent hver 3. dag. - Det er for lidt i et værelse med faste, og ikke ret nye, gulvtæpper. - Og det betød at jeg vågnede op med røde øjne om morgenen og at min astmamedicin kom på overarbejde.

Very convenient location and polite staff. The rooms were great to use (have everything you need to be comfortable away from home.)
