Pas de climatisation, 32 degrés dans la chambre, impossible de dormir...

Angenehmer konnte man es mir nicht gestalten.

Ich hatte zwei gute Nächte im Hotel, auch wenn es zur Strße raus etwas laut war, zumindest bei offenem Fenster. Tolles Haus, netter Empfang. Mir hat es gut gefallen!

Ein altes Haus mit kleinen Zimmern in top Lage.preis-Leistung stimmt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück klein aber fein. Negativ war vor allem, dass an jedem Abend ein ganz übler Geruch im Bad war. Irgendwann in der Nacht war er verschwunden. Die Badtür war unten an der Lüftung beschädigt. Die Lage war strategisch sehr günstig.

Gute Lage nahe Aquarium und Gedächtniskirche, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal - alles was man für einen Kurztrip braucht

I had to fill out an application upon arrival work my personal information. Which I thought was repetitive seeing how I did that online prior to arrival. Also, if you have guest visiting you, they will ask for their identification to copy down, which I thought was a bit much. It's my first time in Berlin/Germany, if there's an issue with drug trafficking or prostitution, etc... I wouldn't know. Nor was that ever explained to me. The front desk lady just rudely ask to copy his ID or else he isn't getting in (even though I came down to walk him up). Also when you leave the building, you have to leave your key at the front desk. Yesterday evening, when I returned, there was a new man working front desk who I haven't seen before. I told him my room number and he just gave me the key to go up. I find it interesting how it was a hassle for my friend to visit me, yet another employee just gave me the key without properly identifying me. Either someone's not doing enough... Or someone's doing too much. Other than that, it was clean. Good price and good location. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast though.

Be very careful with the front desk staff, as they charge you for breakfast you didn't eat and collect wrong amount of tax. When questioned, they pretend not to understand English.
