The Staff at the Alphotel displayed an amazing degree of compassion as we faced a very tragic personal loss during our stay. They went beyond what was needed or expected to assist us in our time of crisis and were nothing but caring, kind and considerate as we dealt with our tragedy.

sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es gibt nur zu bemängeln das es zu wenig Parkplätze gibt.

Persönlicher Eindruck, unfreundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Handling wegen Covid-19 noch Verbesserungswürdig.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber in allen Bereichen. Nur die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.-Liegequalität- zumindest im Zimmer 102 gutes Frühstück

Very clean and presentable property, friendly staff and amazing views to the mountains from the room. Great breakfast too. Didn't use the pool. Ideal to have a car to stay here as not much about but the hotel, thats all we needed.

Auch nur für 1 Nacht als zwischen Stopp der Reise zu empfehlen. Nächte wären noch nach zu buchen gewesen.

We (2 adults and 3 children) stayed in the top floor apartment which has two bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment was immaculate and so comfortable. It was fun for us to stay in the attic and we loved the gorgeous outlook. Breakfast was delicious, the owners were helpful and the village is beautiful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Schönes Hotel inmitten einer traumhaften Natur

Läget är fantastiskt vid Oberammergau. Ett stort kloster med en underbar basilika. Många vandringsvägar. 12 km från hotellet finns Ludwig II sagoslott som han hade själv.. Linderhof måste besökas. Efter vandringar väntar bastu o inomhuspool på 12m

They put me in a room with a single bed and I reserved double. It was hot! After my inquiry they miraculous found a room with bigger bed even though I was told the whole hotel had no available rooms.

Helt ok. Läget i Ettal är bra. Något lyhört och inte den skönaste sängen men ok. Högljudd bussgrupp störde utanför rummet. Frukosten var även den helt ok.

Små hårda sängar och väldigt lyhört.

Hotel könnte sauberer sein, etwas abgelegen

While the hotel lies beautifully in the mountains the bed was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Mattresses were very old and even though we had booked a room for two we had to get the second towel and blanket out of the shelf ourselves. The lady at the breakfast didn't speak any German, English or Spanish and couldn't explain us anything. Internet is not free but sells for 2 Euro per device.

Pretty cozy place. I stayed in family room with my children. Nice facility with good internet.

Un accueil agréable avec une dame sympathique qui parle français. Bel établissement, au calme et un peu en retrait de la ville.

A pleasant hotel in a beautiful location. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was superb!

Another tour group was annoying.
