L’hôtel est correct mais malheureusement quand les matins on est partir pour balader. Et les ménage dans la chambre est pas venu 3 fois, raison l’hôtel est normal pour économies !!

The hotel was clean and very nice but no one tells you about the parking garage (if you use their parking). You get a key fob, they tell you to scan it and it will open the tiny one-door garage. Your car has to fit perfectly in the little tray and then the garage shuts and the car elevator goes all the way down to the basement. I wasn’t aware that my husband should not have been in the car as it was lowered. I panicked and had to call him back up with the fob, hoping he hadn’t opened any doors while he was down there. There are instructions in German but I’m American and the front desk agent didn’t explain the process to me. Thank God my husband wasn’t hurt down there.

We had a really nice stay at the Arcotel Velvet Berlin hotel. Everything went smoothly, our room was nice, bed comfy and the breakfast was tasty and the coffee too. The only thing we really missed was a small fridge. That would have been useful for us.

Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til transport og det at gå rundt i Mitte. Værelserne var varme og det var vanskeligt at få temperaturen ned om natten. Morgenmaden vil vi helt sikkert købe ved en af de hyggelige bagere eller morgenmadsrestauranter lige om hjørnet en anden gang.
