excellent location, infront of Charlottenburg train station. abundance of eating places around. Internet is a bit slow... elevators do not go on all floors, travelling light is something to look at.

"Freundlicher Rezeptionist, der bei der Ankunft alles geklärt hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Boden im Flur ist aus altem Holz, und wenn jemand darüber läuft, hat man im Zimmer das Gefühl, als würde gleich jemand hereinkommen, weil das Knarren auch im Inneren spürbar ist. Ansonsten war alles fantastisch."

Just opposite to Charlottenburg station, 24 hr convenient store next to the station. Nice restaurants nearby. A big supermarket of 7 mins walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. They keep our luggage before and after checkin and checkout. Will definitely stay there if i next travel to Berlin.

Cerca de la estación y servicio muy amable del recepcionista, pero se nota que el hotel necesitaría una reforma. Son detalles que no importan si solo buscas un lugar para dormir pero si que no son bonitos.

My stay was okay except the hot shower didnt work twice, when asked they informed about some maintenance (prior information is always good) , internet is HORRIBLE. they did give ne a resolution to change the room but by that time i was all set with my 3- suitcases. During checking in i dont know why I was given a room which was the furthest and mind you they have a funny life that does not stops at all floors, so i still had to hand carry them … positive point is its right infront of the S- bahn (charlottenburg station) , also the hotel mentions laundry services - i was lucky to have a room with a machine , But i was looking for a proper laundry service which was not there. NO TOILETTERIES except tissue and handwash.

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Flexibel och god service. Rummet var fräscht och välstädat men väldigt kallt så vi frös.
Badrummet var snyggt inrett men väldigt trångt, kallt och illa planerat.
Det fanns inga vägguttag nära huvudändan av sängen och vägguttaget vid skrivbordet satt löst och höll på att ramla ur.
Det finns hiss men man måste ändå gå i trappor, så absolut inte tillgängligt för personer med rörelsehinder.
