Staff was great. Sauna was amazing as well.

Comfortable and clean but not that close to airport...but had great beds and felt safe

I think it would be a bit better for more than one person to be staffing the front, especially since there was a large set of reservations. There was an understanding that on that particular evening there would be a larger group of people showing up. 5 rooms were reserved so that means that another staff person maybe should be on site to help. I felt badly for the one woman working the hotel front desk. It smelled like fireworks had been set off. The hotel had an acrid scent and we noticed a cloud around the roof area as we drove away. The drop off area was really dark and very small but we made it work. Some of the travelers did not prefer the noisy neighbor at 2am.

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here for a couple of subjective reasons below. But there were things we liked too: it's very clean, rooms are in good condition and are quiet. Also, they're dog friendly which is a big deal. Things we did not like: - Self check in/out: after 6 hours of driving the kast thing I want to do is to enter all of my personal information into some system while the front desk employee just stands there with the key waiting for me to finish. This makes no sense - That said employee did not say a word in English to us during self checkin perfectly knowing we do not speak German. All the instructions were given to us in language we do not understand - Absolutely terrible mattress. I managed to get a total of 3 hours of sleep there - No shower gel or shampoo was provided. Only hand soap - No minibar in the room, not even an empty one - Location is next to airport but if you have a day and wanna go to Berlin city center - there is no S-bahn or even a bus stop nearby Would not stay here again

Far away from every thing , the hotel need renew, all the furniture is old

i didn't like to check in my self at the kiosk and provide a lot of personal information like my passport number exp date and that it was asking me for the same for the rest of the occupants.

I booked this property because I thought it was close to the airport but it was actually some distance away.

Good stop close to airport and train to city.

Overall our stay was good. Downside is going to the hotel from the city and from hotel to Berlin Airport. Chose the hotel as it was supposed to be "near" the airport. It was "near" but we needed to take a taxi (40 euros, 15 minutes) as the airport terminal was on the other side of the runway. As an airport hotel, it would have been great if the hotel had a shuttle. Can recommend the place except for those who have flights early in the morning (ours was 6AM). The hotel arranged for our taxi though but we did not get the wake up call we requested; it was good that we had our alarm on.

Clean room, comfortable bed, staff was helpful, dinner in the restaurant was good. Not much around the area. Little to do, not much of a place to go for a walk.

Restaurant sucks as very limited menu and the fridge in the room didn’t work and told the front desk but they can’t fix it and no compensation
