Amazing hotel in an amazing location. One of the friendliest welcomes you could ask for after a long journey. Room was spacious, airy, with the most comfortable bed…… There is nothing not to enjoy about beautiful Rüdesheim….. you will leave with a smile on your face & very happy memories ❤️

Location is amazing. Food, including the breakfast was great. Room is ok… and although was clean, did have 2 cockroaches in it. Staff wasn't very friendly.

Sehr gutes schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, hoteleigener Parkplatz für 15 € pro Tag, sehr freundlicher Empfang (zur Begrüßung bekam ich ein Glas Sekt), statt des gebuchten Einzelzimmers bekam ich ein großes Doppelzimmer auf oberster Etage (mit Lift o. Treppenstufen erreichbar), Minibar und Safe vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück und Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant (mit Life Musik), sehr gute Empfehlung für eine tolle Wanderung. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Lautstärke im Zimmer bis ca. 22 Uhr aufgrund der Life Musik im Restaurant.

Perfect spot to check out all the Christmas Markets! You are right in the middle of everything here- the hotel is on the “wine road” with a cute little courtyard area. There is a glockenspiel on the building- our room shared the wall- which was pretty cool. We ended up having dinner in the restaurant attached- Peter our waiter- was super friendly and let us try some of the wines before we picked a glass each and had us try some of the house made schnapps. Enjoyed our time and would recommend. We also stayed with another family and each had our sons with us- 9 and 11 year olds- and the couch beds worked out well for them.

One of best breakfast and dinners we had on our trip. Very nice small hotel and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Clean room, central location

スタッフさんも皆さん親切で、お部屋もステキでした。クーラーがないとの投稿を見かけましたが、空調はついていました。 レストランもとっても美味しくて、朝食もとっても良かったです。 また、この地域に行く時はぜひ泊まりたいです。

I loved every second of my stay here. I travelled here alone and it was my first time navigating by myself in a foreign country. I arrived early because I was worried I’d take a wrong train or something. The train schedule was easy to figure out and the station was less than a ten minute walk away from this hotel. I arrived too early to check in but these lovely people let me leave my luggage in the lobby so that I could go explore without dragging my suitcase with me. I returned still too early for check in but wanting to ask about lunch options, however when I arrived they let me know my room was ready for early check in, and that honestly made my day perfect. Because I was able to check in early, I had enough time to take a nap (international jet lag is no joke), and then I still had time afterward to go explore the town. I returned and had dinner at the hotel and it was DELICIOUS. The best food I had even throughout the remainder of my trip. The complementary breakfast the next morning was also a shock. It was so so good. All the different buffet options and an egg station where someone would prepare your eggs how you requested! I was also concerned about the language barrier, I don’t speak any German whatsoever and was worried I wouldn’t understand everything right. They had plenty of English speaking employees though and they were all so extremely kind and understanding. If I’m ever headed back to Germany I’ll be making another stop to stay here again!

つぐみ横丁ど真ん中の非常に活気あるロケーションですが、通りから離れているので静かに過ごせました。レストランとは別の棟のシングルでしたが、バスタブもあり観光の疲れを癒せました。備え付けのソープはありますが、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、洗顔料はないのでマスト持参です。朝食が美味しくて、特にスクランブルエッグは具沢山、フルーツも美味しくて幸せでした。

Bra hotell centralt i Rüdesheim med stor restaurang där det var musikunderhållning på kvällen. Både rum och mat höll hög kvalitet.

War wirklich sehr schön mit einem Upgrade auf ein großes Zimmer mit reichlich Platz. Leider wurde der Innenhof morgens am Feiertag schon sehr akribisch mit Besen gereinigt. Klar, leise Besen gibt’s nicht, aber im Sommer schläft der Gast gerne mit offenen Fenstern. Das ist aber schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten tolle Lage direkt an der Drosselgasse. Sehr gutes Restaurant zum Hotel gehörend und Nettes Personal

サービスも部屋の管理もとても行き届いた感じの良いホテルでした。レストランも暖かい雰囲気でお料理も美味しかった。

Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.)

Great hotel to stay in esp with the restaurant having live music and being on the drosselgasse. Very nice breakfast too which was included. Loved the German culture expressed with outfits the staff wore.

Uns hat das Hotel nicht gut gefallen 😒…. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht. Wir bekamen eins im Nebengebäude und freuten uns schon. Aber um 22.30 Uhr fing der Schlossgeist an Stühle und Tische zu rücken..Seminarraum war gleich gegenüber unserem Zimmer. Das ganze ging bis kurz vor 24 Uhr. Obwohl wir dem Angestellten baten damit aufzuhören, machte er weiter - nur etwas leiser. Morgens an der Rezeption erwähnten wir diese Begebenheit wo man uns sagte : Seien Sie froh das sie nicht im Hauptgebäude waren da war laute Musik. Echt schade dieses Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ..da das Zimmer nicht gerade günstig ist.
