柏林辉盛凯贝丽酒店式服务公寓

旅館的地點就在博物館島，徒步就能走到很多景點，搭乘巴士或地鐵也方便，對於旅人來說非常棒！員工服務也很好，反映問題時能迅速回應、改善。唯一美中不足之處就是浴室設計不好，淋浴間沒有門可以關閉，難免會有點水濺出來；站在洗手台前會覺得很暗，燈光是從背後來的，所以看不清楚；洗手台高度也比一般來得高，我身高65公分使用起來會有點吃力；沐浴乳洗髮精也固定在那麼高的牆上，使用不是很順手；洗完頭想吹乾頭髮，浴室沒有插座可以使用吹風機！

有小廚房，可以煮點小東西，很方便，房間乾淨，設備不會很舊，住起來很舒服，走路15分鐘就可以到鬧區，大推!!!!

A very good stay. Its close to bus station which can access to every tourist spot. The room is very comfortable.

A brand new excellent hotel with very good facilities, such as free fitness room, very good restaurant, network computer and excellent front desk staff who allowed us to have early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier. Besides, majority of the prominent features and attractions are within walking distant. Underground station and supermarket are just next to the hotel. However, the room cleaning service is poor as the cleaning staff didn't refill the shampoo, body cleaning soup and cosmetic cotton every day. Cups were not washed and the bathing room with hairs. Although we complained this to the front desk staff, the cleaning staff still did nothing about this. Therefore, we were very disappointed about this. We recommend the hotel management to enhance supervision on the cleaning service provided by the current cleaning staff. It seems that they have insufficient manpower. There are only one young and one old lady to serve the whole floor. Random checks / inspection are highly recommended. And two bottles of water are only provided on the first day when arrived. Why???

Theres a mini kitchen, which suprised us :-) and the room is with clean design!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! First, I was welcomed by a very friendly staff who quickly checked in to my hotel and asked me my journey to Berlin. He was very caring and welcoming. Then, I got into my room at 10 in the morning. The room was HUGE for two people! It was almost like a small apartment. Everything was clean and spotless. The toilet was filled with excellent quality shower gel/shampoo/ body lotion. The kitchen was well equipped with high quality cutlery and cooking stoves. The bed was very comfortable indeed with sufficient plugs around the room. I would strong recommend this hotel and I will certainly visit Capri by Fraser in another country. My stay was the highlight of my Berlin trip!!!

新開的酒店，所以設施都非常新，打理乾淨，房間寬敞，特別喜歡小廚房，廚具餐具都已經很齊全。酒店位於十字路口，各有巴士站，去哪裡都方便，晚上回酒店亦不會覺得不安全。只有酒店附近沒有商店，有廚房亦要從別的超市帶回來。不過我十分滿意這次住宿，有機會會再來！

O hotel tem uma localização ótima, a cerca de 8 minutos de caminhada do Berliner Dom. Não há estação de metrô muito próxima, mas há linhas de ônibus que atendem bem. O quarto é super confortável, com tamanho ideal, cama deliciosa e vaaários travesseiros; exatamente do jeito que eu amo. A cozinha é completa, não faltou nada para a gente, e a internet funcionou perfeitamente. Em frente ao hotel há um supermercado excelente, ótimo para comprar café da manhã ou lanches. E o chuveiro… foi, sem dúvida, o melhor banho que já tomei! Eu ficaria novamente nele, com certeza.

Anden gang på Capri efter 7-8 år, og det er fortsat rigtig godt. Værelset: stort, rummeligt, godt indrettet, vinduer fra gulv til loft, fint lille køkken, super wi-fi og måske Berlins bedste bruser ;o) Flere busser holder lige uden for hotellet (147, 200 og 246), der er to U-bahn stationer ca.5 min. gang væk (Spittelmarkt og Märkisches Museum) og Museums Insel og Nicolai Viertel er kun en kort gåtur væk. Kun den normale pris holder mig væk, men værelserne var ok billige denne sommer.

Really nice hotel in a great location, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Only small issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work, so the rooms got a little too warm.

Incredible Place!

A acomodação é bem grande, mas não condiz com o tamanho do banheiro que é bem pequeno e a água do chuveiro praticamente molha tudo. O colchão da cama bastante usado, precisando ser trocado. Algumas partes bem afundadas. O café da manhã é regular. Poucas opções e mesmas todos os dias. O hotel está muito bem localizado. Facilidade para alguns pontos turísticos a pé e outros com transporte público de fácil acesso. Recepcionistas super simpáticas.

Excellent location and great stay! Special the hotel reception lady, super friendly. My family and I always had a wonderful time stay in the Fraser hotel group in the different cities! Never disappointed:)

Tolles Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Begrenzte aber ausreichende Speiseauswahl zum Frühstück. Zimmer zur Hauptstraße etwas laut. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut und kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Die Umgebung ist laut dank der Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür. Die Parkplatzsituation ist dort angespannt. Das Hotel hat baulich bedingt nur 5 Parkplätze.
