The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore. In general, the hotel is great and I really enjoyed my staying here. Very glad I booked this hotel with a fair price. Highly recommend!

two friends and i were staying in the suite for 2 nights. the suite is spacious, clean and neat. the staff is super nice and helpful. hotel is located in the centre of the city where lots of shops and restaurants around. it takes about 10-15 mins walk from Freiburg Hbf. as the hotel is not located at the main riad, it took us a bit of time to find it when we got there first time. but once u found it, it's not a problem at all.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, ruime kamer. Hotel ligt op wandelafstand van station (10 minuten) en centrum (2 minuten). Kwaliteit van het hoofdkussen kon beter.
