Convenient location. Approx 5 mins walk from the central station. A lots of restaurants around the area and closed to high street. The hotel itself has a restaurant and their cafe are very delicious. The room is right size and has everything you need. clean and bright.

This area is so recommended for people who plan to stop over for sleeps when taking trains across France, Germany and Belgium/Netherlands. The rate is good. Almost all must-visits in Koln are within walking distances. Now I feel so lucky I probably booked the very last available room from hotels in this neighborhood.

The airconditioner in one of our booked rooms was not working. The staff at the reception called himself as security guy and thus he cannot change room or do other things but call the technician to come next morning. He said he cannot further contact any hotel personnel in charge to solve the issue. I asked him what if the hotel is on fire. He had difficulty to answer. I hope this is not true that a legal hotel has only one security person at midnight and cannot do anything to arrange accommodation. The so called security guy had bad attitude, was bad mannered and solved nothing. I was stunned for the hotel's service.

Great location on pedestrian street near Dom. Rooms are very small, but clean and reasonably well equipped with fridge and iron and mini ironing board. Some noise from the street and the bells of the Dom, but the soundproofing with the window closed was ok. The air con unit was difficult to use and not super-effective.

Alles war super. Nur die Klimaanlage schien defekt. Es war knapp 30* im Zimmer. Alles andere war Mega!

Alter Markt is a happening place. Great location for food, nightlife and shopping. At arrival my room AC was broken and they did not have another room for me until the next day. The room is quite small and the bed is quite hard. They do have new double pain windows so the street noise is very minimal. For the rate they charged me (during Gamescom) I would have expected more. But overall it is fine and even very good if the rate is $200-$300 a night but not worth the $500 a night I was paying

Excellent location to all the bars in the old town and the Cathedral and River. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgable about the area, giving us a map and highlighting the best places to eat and drink. We travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in

Nothing to not like! Excellent property close to old town and extremely friendly and helpful staff!! The rooms are mini apartments loaded with everything from microwave, dishes, dishwasher and even an ironing board with iron!! Highly recommended!!

Great front of house staff. Air conditioning fixed promptly when not working on first night of stay. Good hot and cold breakfast choices available in the buffet.

Great facility in a premium locations. Small rooms but the experience, breakfast and location more that made up for it. Highly recommend!!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, seguro, limpio, su personal muy amable.

We loved our stay here! We were so close to absolutely everything we wanted to see and do. Even though the hotel is right at the Market Square, it was incredibly quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed breakast every morning as well.

Bra läge mitt i stan, bra frukost även om äggröran inte var den bästa. Extremt litet rum och ändå förhållandevis dyrt. Rörligt i korridoren pga ommålning. Väldigt överdrivet och korkat system för online incheckning och framförallt utcheckning.
