Ho pernottato in questo hotel qualche giorno. Stanza comodissima, letto king size, bagno ok. La colazione super, con pietanze cucinate al momento, se volevi a disposizione anche il prosecco. Vicino allo zoo la zona è magnifica con negozi, centro commerciale e tutti i mezzi di trasporto per muoversi da e nella città. È a disposizione dei clienti una sala fitness e una piscina. Consigliatissimo.

If you enjoy hotels with pools, absolutely go here! Great pool, two equally good saunas, and a well-equipped gym. The rest of the hotel is a bit lacking in personality, but their wellness area is outstanding. Also, super close to the zoo and close to transportation that will get you anywhere.

Der Spa Bereich ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Dort Bedarf es wirklich einer Renovierung und Umgestaltung. Besonders der Pool ist sehr klein und äusserst unattraktiv gestaltet.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Idee, dieses aufgrund der Größe des Frühstücks-Raums in zwei voneinander unabhängige Buffets aufzuteilen. Unsere Bitte um zwei nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer wurde sowohl als Nachricht an das Hotel in der Buchung als auch nach einer weiteren Email nicht beachtet. Hier hat uns die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption allerdings geholfen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Pool-Bereich.
