欧洲之星大中心酒店

extremely bad trip. I went Munich with my parent first time so I wanna stay in same suites. However, the condition is malfunctioning and we have to change to two separate rooms without any choice. They forget we change the room and no one to make up the room three nights in a row which is not acceptable. I remind the receptionist to make sure they have to make up the room in the second dah and third day morning but still no one coming to do the cleaning. Even the towels didnt change and garbage didnt remove. This hotel is tlly not advised and this make my trip with a very bad memory. Terrible hotel.

酒店位置很好，從hackerbrücke位步行過來幾分鐘。在門口坐16/17號輕軌去芬寧堡宮、新市鎮廳很快。房間寬敞乾淨明亮，非常充足的插頭位，有洗頭水沖涼液洗手液，吹風機熨衫板都有。前台客服有禮貌。如果有洗衣機就真係200%完美！

離ZOB長途巴士客運站很近，步行5分鐘內可抵達。也有地鐵，離慕尼黑中央車站2、3站，早餐也好吃。

隔音不好 房間都會聽到車子的聲音

整體來說還是很好的，酒店很靠近中央車站，服務人員態度很好，房間很大很乾淨，只是雙人床是兩張單人床拼在一起的，本來也沒什麼，但是床非常容易分開，很容易睡到兩張床的縫隙中

這間飯店的房間舒適又乾淨，近期有整修過！！地理位置有很好

Very nice and well maintained hotel. Good breakfast choices. Direct S8 train to airport from nearby station. Overall very good experience.

酒店整潔，服務良好。手提電話的訊號收得差，轉用用酒店的WiFi ，結果仲差，感覺跟56K上網的速度差不多！

Staff were very helpful during our stay

What we liked: The Hotel is clean and large, it's also very quiet. The location is okay as far as being near transport options as it's only about a 10-12 minute walk from the HauptBahnhof (main train station), and a 5 minute walk to the closest train station and FlixBus depot. At the depot there is also a Lidl grocery shop, a baker and a McDonalds. What we didn't like: The 2-bedroom apartment is not self-serviced, so there are two bedrooms, but only one bathroom which is actually an ensuite to the main bedroom. The other bedroom only has a toilet in the main hall. The lounge-room of the apartment is almost too large, with very little furniture. It does have a full-sized dining table but then only a very small bar fridge, no cooking facilities, and no sink, plates, glasses or cutlery, so you have to eat out or at the restaurant downstairs. It's also a very large hotel and the entrance and lobby feel like a business building that has been re-purposed as a hotel - very modern, not overly cosy. There also aren't any restaurants nearby.

駅からちょっと遠いのが難点ですが、スタッフの方々がとても感じ良く、清掃も丁寧で、とても気持ち良く滞在できました コーヒーメーカーの使い方がわからず、取説が欲しかったです 安心して滞在できます

Great hotel just to the west of the city, easy to walk into the centre

Parkgarage unter dem Hotel für 25€ pro Nacht. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer verhältnismäßig groß für 3 Personen. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich.
