Jättefint hotell med perfekt läge. Allt var till full belåtenhet. Tunnelbana precis vid hotellet. Kanonfin frukost. Enda tråkiga var turistskatten som tillkom, men det är väl kanske samma på alla hotell.

1. I put "Do not disturb" when I go out the next morning, that means I don't want any clean up services. However, the room was clean up when I back at night. Luckily I did put all personal belongings in luggage and locked it. "Do not disturb" = No need Clean Up, correct??

The staff is not very friendly nor eager to help. I can sense their responses to my requests were based upon no additional work for them.
Cleanliness can be improved. On most of the days it’s ok except the last day that they didn’t even replace the used coffee cups.

Room was dirty, heavily worn, and tiny.
Breakfast was a total rip off and stressful. Hordes of obnoxious people clamoring for their portion of processed foods. 2 adults and a small child cost $90.00 USD...what a joke!

Great bed and location,but extremly poor service in the bar not only one but several days in a row..
One bartender said he was stoned and they did not even pretend to be interested in any sort of services while others looked more on their handy instead of the clients they had...They simply did not care at all and even though we have been here several times because of a great location,we will not come back again.
For 3 days we tried to get a beer
