Mycket bra service och frukost

Bra hotell centralt i Trier. Modert, rent och trevlig personal. Frukosten var ok men det kunde ha funnits lite bättre utbud

Sehr zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit.

Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel, Frühstück ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Got a room facing a side street with a bar with very noisy clientele. Managed to change room and when doing that the staff tells me that they have a lot of complaints for that room due to noise from the bar… Key code panel to open door, not very user friendly.

I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.

Uselt att i kriterierna ha parkering med, fanns bara för minibilar, så vi fick parkera i parkeringshus. Vi valde hotellet för parkeringen eftersom mycket packning. Oerhörd besvikelse. Vänligen ta bort parkeringskriteriet. Inte heller info om att reception är på andra våning och en massa trappor innan når rummet där vi också blev störda 05.30 av sophämtning. Kan inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Für Radfahrer nicht zu empfehlen. Wir brauchten dringend eine Lademöglichkeit für ein Elektrofahrrad - die gibt es aber nicht. Hilfsbereitschaft gleich Null, statt dessen ein arrogantes Schulterzucken der jungen Angestellten an der Rezeption. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde aber dienstbeflissen mit 3 € pro Fahrrad und Nacht abgerechnet. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um und das haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt!

Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad. Sehr nettes Personal.

It's ok if you are staying one night and just need a place to sleep. Good location. parking is a nightmare

Building conveniently located in the middle of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We’d love to come back.

Rigtig fin standard og beliggenhed i forhold til en ferie i dejlige Trier.

As always, finding great deals at the last minute. Planned the trip a few hours before making the reservation, had to have parking as we drove to Trier. Great, convenient location to all of Trier, whether walking in Centrum or near the Mosel river, the hotel is located in a perfect spot
