I can understand why this hotel gets such high ratings on hotels.com. It is excellent! The service at the reception desk was particularly noteworthy and their help to get castle tour tickets was appreciated. My only negative comment is that, since breakfast did not close until 10am, we were still emerging from the shower at 9am. The room cleaners were already entering the room before 9am! This happened for three out of four of our nights.

What a charming hotel! We had a second floor room with a fabulous view of the Alps and the castle. The restaurant serves wonderful food. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.
